still on Youtube? What are political views you seem rather left-wing is this accurate?

It depends on the topic. Some people think I’m ultra left wing while others thing I’m right wing…just depends on the topic they hear. Overall, I’m in favor of personal freedom and basic human rights/safety achieved through social means such as taxes. There’s more to it but those are some basics.

What do you think about the hospitals murdering people by creating an imbalance of air pressure to the ventilators?...and, did you know that it's impossible to 'catch' a virus?

I think it’s a bad idea to murder anyone. As for catching a virus, you’ll need to elaborate.

Do you wear glasses ? And do you prefer men who wear glasses ?

I need glasses but don't wear them during migraines unless absolutely necessary.
I am happy if men, women, or other groups are able to afford glasses that they need. I don't know what you mean by "prefer" in the context of vision quality.

If the noah flood is a myth, why do we have independant attestation from civilizations that never met each other of a global flooding and of a man saving animals. Could it all be dismissed as a coincidence

You’ll have to be more specific, because as far as I know this is a lie told in churches. If you look up other flood myths, they’re wildly different. Additionally, if there was a worldwide flood, why didn’t anyone tell the civilizations that lived through it with no interruptions?

What is the most boring job you can imagine?

Guard duty. I had to do some shifts (as all Marines do), and it's such a struggle to not fall asleep.

What do you do in your spare time?

It depends on how I'm feeling. If I feel okay, I lift and watch documentaries. If I don't, I take my medication and compress my face with an ice pack and wonder why this keeps happening.

Don't you feel mad at her when you think about it?

No, I don't think it was done out of spite but more ignorance and her dealing with her own issues (or rather not dealing with her own issues). Besides, being angry only upsets ME, and the last person I want to upset is myself.

Is it immoral to trick my browser into thinking I have an American IP adress to watch American Netflix libary. I'm still paying for netflix so it isn't stealing movies for free.

You aren't stealing so I don't see the problem.

How would you describe your social skills? I'm asking because your last answer hinted that this could be something you feel you need to work on. They're something I'm trying to improve as well. :)

I have social anxiety so I don't like interacting, and I am open to talk about anything so when I do interact it makes people uncomfortable because I'll talk about any topic at all.
"Wow, you sure love spicy food!"
"Yeah, I grew up poor. Sometimes we wouldn't have food in the house for days. But my mother was very obese and had her own food she'd eat. Whenever we heard her open a bag of chips, we'd come running and begging for food. Then she would dump Tabasco into it so we wouldn't want any. Well, we eventually became tolerant of hot sauce because we were so desperate for food, so that's why I can handle spicy food."

Do you own any tablets? If you don't do you have an eye on one such electronic and if so which model? I personally love new tech and enjoy looking at the benchmarks and specifications of most consumer grade electronics (not that I expect you to care just talking :) ).

I don't own any but am thinking to get a Samsung Note # (whatever number is out when I need to get a new phone).

Im a small freshman nerd, will people wedgie me by my tighty whities at school?

I think that exists only in movies from the 1980's.

I'm currently on a weight-loss program (about 120 lbs lost since Sept.) and I was diagnosed with anemia a few months back. Do you think it was because I wasn't eating enough or was it something else?

It could be anything. Why not ask your doctor when you were diagnosed?

Do you have Steam? Willing to share your id so others can add you?

I do not have Steam. Should I have Steam? Why?

Do you have any recommendations for daily multivitamin and mineral supplement?

It varies depending on your location and budget, but here's my advice.
1. See a doctor and have your blood drawn. There is a chance you don't even need a multi supplement.
2. In the event that you could do well with a multi, your doctor can recommend one.
If you don't want to do the above steps for whatever reason and you're going to just buy one anyway, then I can't help that but I can tell you what to look for.
-Find a company that has been reviewed by something like Consumer Reports. Because the supplement industry has different regulations depending on country, not all supplements will contain what they claim to contain on the label. Reviewing companies/groups will check to ensure that these supplements do contain what they say. Supplement companies like GNC, NOW Brand, and Optimum Nutrition are international brands that repeatedly come out on top for reports.
-Choose either a powdered multi or a capsule with powder inside. This will increase absorption.
-Choose a multi that contains digestive enzymes (unless you already take them separately). This will help improve absorption.

is it true that fat burns in the flame of carbohydrate?

It's actually the opposite. Your body loves to use glucose as energy, but when that runs out it turns to stored fat. In other words, eating more carbohydrates is going to give your body more glucose to burn, sparing your fat. This is why low-carb diets work so well (initially).

Is this link accurate way to lose a pound a day? http://www.wikihow.com/Lose-a-Pound-a-Day

What the article leaves out is that there are differences in how the human body works. For example, it started with a 150lb person and suggested that they burn 1500 calories just existing. That may not be true. This doesn't just depend on how active the person is throughout the day, but also depends on their body composition and specific metabolism. One example with one's metabolism is that formerly obese people have a slower metabolic rate when they drop down. This means that someone at 150lbs who is the average woman might burn 2000 calories a day while someone who is now 150lbs down from 300lbs might burn 1400 calories a day.
The other issue is your current weight. If you are very obese, you can drop weight like crazy by simply adopting a sound diet and exercise regimen...hell, even a sound diet will do for the very obese. If, on the other hand, you are underweight then you may find your weight loss more difficult.
One other issue to consider is that exercise is a great way to stay in shape but not so much a great way to lose weight or maintain weight loss *unless you are doing it to the point that you are burning a shit ton of calories*. Too many people walk on a treadmill for 45 minutes and somehow think they just burned 1000 calories when the number is closer to 150 to 200. The link you gave had an example of burning 3000 calories. That's going to be incredibly difficult for the average person.
The best way to lose weight is to find something you can stick to. Burning 3000 calories a day might be something short-term you can do, but it won't be something you can keep up daily in the long term. Ask yourself if you want to lose weight or if you want to temporarily lose weight. Whatever your answer is will determine the best way to approach your weight loss.

I just saw your video on cultural appropriation and had a few things to say. That's not the problem, when one simplifies, excessively generalizes and/or pretends cultural appropriation doesn't exist there will be leash back that sometimes goes out of hand.

The rest of your comments:
"However, I'll use the simplest example I know of for one to understand without confusion. If Africa(name of the black girl clearly) wears cornrows/braids gets called names and viewed as ghetto, tacky, low class but on the other hand Lee(a white girl used her name just as an example) wears "boxer braids" she's viewed as edgy, chic, fashionable and a trendsetter. It's the act of oppressing a culture, when people of that culture are taking part in their customs yet turn around and praise it when is on a white person it's given a new name and presented as a new style. You had some valid points but I don't think you really understood where the offense comes from and I hope I helped you at least little bit. You spoke of cultural appropriation the way one would explain the concept of a cultural melting pot. Do you see how cultural appropriation does exist now?"
The issue is that it's not just "white people". For some reason people keep focusing on that as if "cultural appropriation" only occurs with those damn white people. It's in situations where there is a cultural majority. For example, my own ethnicity had me as the outsider for not looking enough like my own people and I currently live in South Korea where things are "appropriated" here as well. It isn't cultural appropriation, it's the idea that here's something new being adopted into the wider culture. It's a GOOD thing. I'm very, very glad to have these things accessible to me when they were previously niche items.
It doesn't get out of hand, it gets accepted. You can't whine that box braids (to use your example) are not accepted and then whine when they are accepted. Why do you give so much of a shit that the white girl in your example is seen as edgy or cool for doing something that's different from the wider culture? The ultimate end is that box braids become more commonplace in the wider culture and...get this...that's COMPLETELY OKAY BECAUSE NO ONE OWNS A HAIRSTYLE.

What is your opinion on the documentary Cowspiracy? Do you consider it junk science?

I actually found out all of this stuff back when I was a vegan. I went vegan for health reasons but it didn't help like it claimed it would, so I stopped being vegan after living in Korea. I focus more on things like squid and certain fish in terms of meat rather than chicken, beef, or pork for environmental reasons, but after hearing this information again I think I'll be giving them up entirely. It won't change my diet much as I would say I typically eat beef once a month or less often. In Korea, depending on where you go, the animals are raised on local farms that aren't CAFOs, so I would consider something like that okay to eat.
This is also why I am a huge supporter of switching our protein source to insects and other bugs. They're healthy, they're tasty, and they're sustainable as all hell.

Hello, I hate my life because I'm not wealthy or free. I either have no freedom from working all hours of the day to get rich which makes me unhappy or I have all the freedom in the world but poor and unable to do anything effectively making me trapped in a cage again and unhappy. what should I do?

You have some options:
1. Work towards getting a job that better suits you, so your work feels less like work. I know this isn't easy to do, but it is worth doing. If this means you have to do more work to get a degree while still going to work (unless you can get some kind of student loans that you are comfortable paying back), then I would feel that it's a valuable thing to do so you can enter a field you enjoy more that may grant you more freedom with time off and better hours.
2. Find a hobby you enjoy that you can do at any time of the day, with or without other people. This way, your off time can be more enjoyable.

LOL I find it funny that you just banned a chick thinner than you are on fph and called her fat! KEK I knew fph is full of whales and fatties who think they are thin...

You have to learn to pick your targets. When you call someone like me a "whale", it doesn't resonate with me at all because I know, objectively, you are incorrect. When you make a factually wrong statement to me, all it prompts me to do is point out you are factually wrong; it does not cause me any anger.
Troll smarter, not harder.

I'm curious to know what the people on fph look like. I know you look fit but I'm sure of the nearly 30k users there is a good portion that is overweight at the very least. How do you screen the fatties that are in such denial they think they are fit? Or the fats who hate other fats on fph?

Any user with flair was given flair for verifying they are not fat. If they are unverified, it could be anything.

Sure I understand that it just seems a lot more complicated than that... if I measured out 80g of turkey with a food scale for instance it wouldn't tell me how much protein that is. 80g of a protein source (like turkey in this example) doesn't equal 80g of protein does it?

Oh, I see what you're saying. No, that's not how it works, you're correct in thinking that. You have to look up (either on the package or online) how many grams of protein are in how many grams of turkey and calculate from there.

can you define what "binge" really is? Sometimes I tell people late that late at night I "binge" on sweet potatoes (because its true, not every night but yeah maybe two-three times a wk I eat a bunch of sweet potatoes) and I get the crazy stares.

A binge is when you sit down and eat far more in one sitting than a normal person would, driven to it by anxiety. This is followed by shame and guilt.
I like sweet potatoes = Eat three sweet potatoes, tell someone you binged on sweet potatoes.
Binge on sweet potatoes = Eat the entire bag of sweet potatoes, hate yourself and hide the evidence.
Because you tell people openly about your eating of sweet potatoes, I think you probably just mean you really like sweet potatoes as opposed to you actually binge on them.

Hey lee is their any research or science behind those fitness balls replacing office desk chairs? I hear some people say to throw out the computer chairs and get a ball instead for better posture but haven't heard any other "health" claims and no one can provide me any sources other than random link

According to studies (cited at the end of this article), sitting on a fitness ball instead of a chair can promote back problems and only burns a very small amount of calories extra. http://www.builtlean.com/2013/09/24/sitting-exercise-ball/

did you know there are yt vids of morbidly obese chicks gorging themselves on 8,000+ calories? All the comments are positive as well..'mega cute,' sexy!, "she's gonna get paid to eat I hope everyone's subscribing and tributing" etc....

Yes, and they're actually popular over here in South Korea. Males and females gorge themselves on food and people pay them for it.

When I first discovered FPH I found it hysterical! I became an addict checking often for new post and reading the hilarious comments, but now I feel kind of sad and depressed looking at it. I'm not sure if its all just taking its toll on me or what is happening but do you ever feel this way?

When I see kids, it's depressing as all hell.

I love purple boniato yams!! I can only find them in Asian markets or expensive whole food grocers. Are the "Purple Sweet Potato variety" commonly grown in Asia, like South Korea? I hear there are even a ton of Filipino purple yam desserts recipes as well.

I don't usually see purple yams here. They exist in some products, but I haven't been able to buy them on their own. This might be a SE Asian treat.

So being obese is repulsive?

Many people find it repulsive, yes. It's a distortion of the human body put under voluntary strain and health risks by its owner. It's like asking me if I think a throat stoma is repulsive. We are naturally repulsed by people causing damage to their own bodies. If you disagree, go smash your hand into a wall and watch how many people cringe.

What makes cops enter the wrong home in a home invasion, shoot and kill the dog, shoot the homeowner, than shoot each other? They need mandatory drug and psychiatric test before handing these fools guns.

I would agree with that, but what makes them do it? You'll have to ask them and their psychologists. Once we figure out the reason, we can work on a solution.

Even when they are not playing roles people create personalities they reincarnate into every day. Salvation is saving you from you. No one but you can remove the blinders from your eyes. At least be honest with yourself. Only you can step out of the box and look again. Yes, you can.

This isn't a coherent thought, let alone a question.

Have you ever 'loved' or cared for someone, who was completely repulsed by you?

Sure. I was obese. That shit happened all the time. Hell, I'm so used to rejection that it doesn't even sting anymore.

I'm curious to know what you think about obese shows like "my big fat fabulous life" and "My 600-lb Life" ?

"My 600lb Life" shows the absolute struggle of the obese, effectively expressing why it's such a terribly detrimental way of life. It's like a show that features the dangers of long-term smoking: it's educational and serves to warn people from letting themselves get to that point.
"My Big Fat Fabulous Life", on the other hand, must have been created by a complete troll. The use of "fabulous" seems ironic in this application because everything about her life is insecure, desperate, and lackluster. It basically showcases the idea that even if you think you can be "fat and fabulous", you're just fat and it negatively impacts literally every aspect of your life. The star of the show is incredibly childish and really highlights the attitude of people who refuse to accept medical research as a reality. Again, educational...but in a different way.
