I’m very sad to hear about Shawnees passing :(. She was a sweet and caring woman who always put her family above anything. And this is another example of a good person taken too soon . What tip would you give about losing weight?

cardio cardio cardio. walk for 10+ minutes after every meal (3 times a day - morning, lunch, night). i also has goals of getting 250+ steps every hour between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm and i made sure to always hit 10,000 steps a day. your goals can be different though! drink lots of water. eat 3 meals a day and small, healthy snacks between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner. switch as many things over to wheat as you can (bread, noodles, etc.) but DON’T CUT OUT CARBS. when you do that, you make your body think you’re starving yourself and it’ll store the weight.

What do you wish you'd had time to do this summer?

i posted on my old account how avory got rejected from the pre-k public school system because i “make too much money”. well now that we’ve moved 50 minutes away to a totally different school zone, they just emailed me to say she’s been accepted now. to the school where we used to live. you’ve got to be f*cking kidding me. 🤦🏼‍♀️

andrew hasn’t told his parents were moving in together yet so i asked him what he thinks their reaction is going to be and he was like “i don’t think they’ll care at this point. my mom told me she already has a diamond picked out for you.” lmaoooo. (his mom is a jeweler.)

we picked a wedding date and hopefully location (still working out the last little details)
we decided to put a pause on house looking for right now. we’re going to start again after my house sells later this year.
my fiancé traded his camaro in for a corvette.
i paid my car and my credit cards off.
we rearranged and reorganized the whole house.
i’m going wedding dress shopping for the first time on saturday.
um i think that’s it.

i wouldn’t tour until after you’ve seen their rates because touring and falling in love with a wedding venue outside of your budget will just break your heart.
