Why are so many people depressed nowadays?
There could be numerous factors, but perhaps mainly because they could be dealing with internal issues they haven’t completely resolved, so they use external temporary highs to fill that gap, which only masks the problem at hand.

No one in particular, I feel like you meet certain people for a reason, and I do know that I’ve learned bits and pieces of myself through every encounter. And honestly whether we’ve stayed connected or not, I know somehow a part of them will remain, whether it was for a brief moment or longer.
