What did she excuse him for? I think I need more on the story.
But my general opinion on falsely accusing someone of sexual assault is that the accuser should get just as much jail time as the "rapist" was intended.

How did she kill him? If she accused him falsely and OTHER people killed him based on that- it's on the OTHER people not her. However, false anything deserves jail time especially if it ruins the person's life.
