So you asked to do the video?
No haha I never asked to do anything, I just told Justin what I was doing and he was interested. I was going to be vlogging for my channel anyways, because that's what I do if I'm doing something exciting with my life. I'd showed Justin my footage, and he brought me backstage, gave me an all access pass and I ended up making a more formal video, rather than a daily vlog. So no, I never asked to do anything, and Cody's team never asked me to do anything either, it just sort of 'happened'?

how did you get to do a video with Cody Simpson?
About a year ago Cody was going on his paradise tour and was asking his followers to help find him an opening act. So all of my lovely viewers and followers began tweeting him & his manager using the hashtag #lucyforparadise. His manager had saw my videos and I got a good response from fans. Ryan Beatty was then chosen as the opening act but I was so thankful for the support and love I'd received over the campaign. Anyways, over a year later, Cody was in Dublin for his acoustic sessions tour…. So I sent Justin, (Cody's best friend who helps manage a lot of the tour) an email explaining to him that I'd be "vlogging" on the day of the concert. So on the actual day, I just recorded some fans outside the venue, and then Justin brought me backstage and I recorded a few things and chilled a bit. T'was great x
