when will the powderpuff party be? just wondering, since i may not be here for it
(this is Lilian), & the powderpuff party will most likely be at the same time as a HC decs meeting :), so we can all help our class with HC this year and enjoy some junk food at the same time. We're counting on this weekend, but the officers are still trying to find a better time! (we'll send out e-mails when the party occurs)
hi so i was wondering if you guys would make some dance meetings like over the summer because i play a fall sport so i probably won't have time to do weekdays afterschool :( can you guys take that in consideration when planning dance meetings? -Amber

Sorry but we host dance meetings during the school year because it accommodates for most people. During the school year, we try to have them during the school day (at lunch, before school on Wednesdays, etc.) and sometimes on the weekend. Hopefully it won't interfere with after school sports!

would it be possible to make dance meetings on weekends so people with summer camps (like me) can participate??? ~joy
dance meetings (for the dancers not the choreographers) will start in the beginning of the school year ! so dw about summer plans :)

how many choreographers do you need in total?
it varies, based on the amount of people in each choreographing team for each dance
I have a feeling that if there are cuts, people are just gonna not join in general
The reason why we're even considering cuts is only partly because of the large amount of signups; it's mostly that it is really hard to teach people who are late/don't show up to meetings/unproductive at practices. We've had these types of cuts (based on effort and commitment) before and it has been pretty successful! (Powderpuff, Rally)
Whether or not cuts based on skill will happen is up to the choreographers.

can we sign the form a second time if we have new ideas?
yes definitely! just leave everything blank except for theme ideas :)
can we join lets say coed and boys? or can we only join 1 :3
We will try our best to allow everyone to participate in as many dances as possible, but it depends on the number of participants and whether there are cuts or not. However, we encourage you to sign up as many as you can dedicate time to! For now, sign-up on the form for everything you are INTERESTED in, and we'll send out more info afterwards :)
