Let's try this then 😄. "The others" we talked about found out about it when I didn't really know myself and it was very ugly and very public. I was down last weekend because I got diagnosed with BPD which my therapist says comes from that experience. Better today 😘
Ughh that sounds like such an awful experience I’m so sorry hun :/ I’m sure that causes anxiety. I give u so much credit tho, I’d never be able to handle that so think positive! And I get how being diagnosed can bother u but it’s a label and not something u need to share or advertise
