Any example what most men look for (or should look for) in a woman? And what does religiosity mean?
1) That she satisfies you as a woman,
The Messenger of God said about the best of wives: The one who pleases you when you look at her, and obeys you when you order her.
2) That you'd see her love everyday,
The Messenger said: The best of your women is the passionate, the one who loves kids, and the one who is repentful; the one whom if her husband wrongs her, says: here's my hand on your hands, I will not shade my eyes with any sleep until you are pleased with me.
3) The Messenger said: The flirting of a woman to her man, and the beautifying of herself to him, and the guarding of his secrets — equate everything he does [of Prayers in the mosque, Friday sermons, Pilgrimage, Jihad, and everything that men were exclusively commanded in Islam to do and are promised great rewards for]
Beyond the above, religiosity doesn't matter in the success of her marriage.
A Muslim man would marry a Muslim woman who memorizes the whole Qur'an and does none of the above and their marriage will be a disaster. He'd marry a Jewish woman who does all the above and they would be the happiest couple.
Muslim "Scholarly" women, by definition, spend a significant time on studying their faith, and that is a time less spent on their family. That's why I've always said and keep saying, don't be fooled to think that you need a "Talibat Ilm" as a spouse to be happily married.
As to the sisters, I say similarly, you need a man who is good practising in their faith, because abuse is unfortunately widespread among men.
The Messenger said: the best husband to the Muslim woman is the believing man; if he loves her, he'll honour her, and if he didn't, he wouldn't humiliate her.

I think I could be rude to her after marriage as she doesn't fit perfectly to my expectations. But no woman can fit to my expectations. And I cannot fit either.”
