مذي الرجل نجس، يوجب غسل ما أصاب من الثياب، ويوجب خروجه الوضوء.

SalamAlaikom. I opened a TD TFSA account. They said that they automatically opened a “High Interest Savings Account” within the plan of the “TD Canada Trust TFSA” They also said that they will have the same number for my convenience. I feel suspicious. Am I on the risky rail or the Halal one?TYVM

All TD accounts, including chequing, saving, GICs, and tax shelters like TFSA, RRSP and the such, are primarily established upon interest, which is one of the greatest sins in Islam.
The same applies for RBC, Scotia, BMO, and most conventional banks in Canada.
There are however about 15 Islamic institutions (or institutions with an Islamic financial product) in Canada, such as
Manzil (the only halal chequing account and Islamic visa card in Canada, AAOIFI certified)
Wealthsimple Halal
Wealthbar Halal
Global Iman Fund
And many more.

Sheikh I would like to ask you. I was thinking of wearing hejab. But I was scared I might be a hypocrite if I wear it. Like I don't deserve hegab. Even thou I know Allah is very merciful And I know what I've been thru was out of my hands.

I'd like to start by first reminding us all that, While Allāh is the most merciful to His obedient servants, He also has prepared the most severe punishment for the disobedients.
Allāh has commanded the women who believe in him with the hijab, and so the believer women of the past responded promptly, and so will the believer women continue to do today.
If you ask most sisters, the hijab will itself help as a reminder for you everytime you are about to commit a sin. It is your righteous friend.
The Hijab will speak to people on your behalf; that this woman will obey her God first, no matter what people say; That she cares about her eternal hereafter first, no matter what lure is thrown at her by the devil in this world.
Hijab is not just a piece of cloth, it is a lifestyle. In fact, it is the most visible religious symbol anyone wears in society.
And I understand the anxiousness that comes with that; none of us is worthy of being in a position as the representative of modesty and righteousness in the world; but again, that's not the point.
The point is that God commanded you to do something, and you'll put God's command first.
As Moses, peace be upon him said "I have hastened to you, my Lord, so that you would be pleased." [20:84]

Can women have their hair tied up when doing wudu for wudu to be valid?

Yes, you only need to wipe over the head, not pour water on the scalp.
Also, in our mathhab, a man wearing a proper turban and a woman wearing a proper hijab can wipe over their turban/hijab if they had wudu beforehand, similar to socks.

Sheikh. He is already in touch with friends too much. The friends who used to hate my guts. Also I remember him asking me if my dad will make him pay alot of mahr. Do you think he has bad intentions? To divorce me as he pleases? And fetch the other girls around him?

This is all a one sided testimony; I can't make a statement without hearing from him.

الحج أفضل أم الصدقة؟

إن كان السؤال عن حجة الإسلام (يعني حجة الفريضة للشخص)، فصدقات العمر كله لا تدانيها.
وإن كان السؤال عن الحج المسنون (يعني ما بعد حجة الفريضة)، فالصدقة أعظم عند جمهور السلف، ورد هذا عن الإمام أحمد والثوري وبن المبارك والحسن.

لا، وأكثر الكلام الذي يجري بين المخطوبين كذب وادعاء وتكلف، حتى إذا تزوجا ظهرت الحقيقة.
وقد سمح الدين للخاطب أن يرى مخطوبته ويكلمها بحضور أهلها فيما يعرف بالرؤية الشرعية، حتى يتأكد من التراضي بينهما، فإذا وافق وخطب، لم يجز له الحديث معها ولا رؤيتها حتى الزواج.

نعم، هو يصح موقوفا إلى معقل بن يسار.
وفي الصحيح ما يعني عنه، قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: اليد تزني وزناها اللمس.

لو سمحت يا شيخنا هو ينفع أقول أذكار الصباح بين أذان وإقامة الفجر أو قبل الآذان بحاجة بسيطة ؟ ولا لازم بعد ما أصلي الفجر ؟

يا مولانا انا كنت بكلم شاب لمجرد الاحتياج النفسي اني متشافة وحد بيهتم بيا والحمد لله تبت من فترة وبتعالج نفسيا وووقفت كل حاجة ادعيلي بالزوج الصالح عاجلا يا مولانا ولو في طريقة ألبي الاحتياج دا بدون ما اقع في ذنب الاختلاط وازاي اسعى للزواج بطريقة ترضي ربنا؟ انا في طب بشري 22 سنة
