Would you date someone who never wants to get married?

Absolutely. I'd actually only date a person who doesn't want to / doesn't care about getting married. We wouldn't be compatible in the long run otherwise.

If I don't eat anything after 5pm and I drink plenty of water will I lose weight faster?

Coming from somebody who has lost weight thrice, and has only managed to keep it off the third time: please don't focus on losing weight fast - it's more likely to be dangerous and less sustainable. We glamorize fast weight loss, but the majority of people who lose it very quickly are either sick or develop an eating disorder for it to happen, and they usually have to maintain that eating disorder in order not to gain it all back. As much as we vilify fatness, having an eating disorder is dangerous and *not* preferable to being overweight. Focus more on a lifestyle change than the number on the scales. Please look after your body - eat smaller portions, listen to your body when it's hungry/full and try to make better choices of what you put in it. That said, you can still eat whatever you want if you have a craving as it's easier to do that in a controlled manner than if you restrict and end up bingeing (which is a normal result of restriction, but we beat ourselves up for it anyway). Drinking mostly water is a good tip, but you don't actually have to starve yourself or restrict your diet to lose weight, and a row of chocolate isn't going to undo your progress. Remember: a slower loss is still a win, more likely to be successful and, statistically, will allow you to reap the benefits for even longer than if you lose it too quickly. Take care!

Do you try to answer every question you receive on here, or are you more selective?

I'm selective. I usually skip over nonsensical things, generic/boring questions, and questions that would have a one word answer. I like to put more thought into my answers, and even when I'm in the mood to provide shorter answers, I try not to be repetitive or stale.

Do you like seafood? If so what sort of seafood is your favourite?

Not really. I eat tinned tuna and certain types of fish, and every now and then I might go for some calamari, but it's rarely my first choice.

do you play video games? don't say Sims, that's not a game.

Hmm... Various online sources say otherwise... so what is the truth? 🤔
Anyway, my answer is Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing, and though I haven't played in a while, World of Warcraft. But don't get too excited for me picking a stereotypically non-feminine "real" game; I don't care for dungeons, I don't do PVP, my highest level character is like 100? And that's only because I got a free boost for a character. I mostly like making characters, doing early game quests, levelling up my professions, and having fun, teeheehee 💖💞💗💕

Do you find asking questions on here hard?

Creating decent questions isn't too hard, but Ask has become a verrrry tough crowd and I find people don't appreciate my questions the way they used to, so I just don't do it anymore.

is premarital s*x a sin?

Only for those who hold that belief, lmao. Sin doesn't rule the lives of people who don't believe in it because it's not a proven, objective thing.

Homeschooling, do you have an opinion on it? 👍 🙃

Currently going through it with my son, and I'll admit it's pretty simple stuff as he's only in preschool. It's pretty frustrating at times, though; he prefers doing schoolwork in a school environment, not at home with a completely different routine and method of learning (online).
As for home schooling in general, I'm pretty neutral on the matter. If it's right for your family and your child/ren have social opportunities outside the house, go for it! But, contrary to what your attitude conveys to the rest of us, home schooling your child/ren doesn't make you superior to the parents who send their children to school.

Is it "cheesy" that a song from The Sims 3 makes me nostalgic - other times it puts a smile on my face? I mean, it's a Sims song, sung in Simlish... aka gibberish that makes no sense, buuut however I still love it. lol

That's actually wholesome af - no judgement from me. 😊

Why is wish so sketchy

Unverified sellers/scammers. Of course, you'll find those on every marketplace/online store, but that is the baseline of how Wish operates.

Scented candles, wax melts or oil burners what’s your poison?

I do love scented candles because there is more variety of scents, but there's few things more comforting to me than the smell of sandalwood in an oil burner.

Do you believe in hate at first sight?

liquid_sinn’s Profile PhotoSinn
I was gonna say no, because you can't know someone enough to hate them at first sight, but then I remembered that when I see white supremacists/racists, sexists, transphobes/TERFs, homophobes, ableists (etc.) all I can think is this:
Do you believe in hate at first sight

Do you prefer a trad tattoo flash design or something fresh and modern?

I like pretty much every tattoo style except for realism. For myself, I gravitate mostly to neo-trad, new school, and blackwork. I intend to have a patchwork of flash tattoos on my lower limbs, collecting designs from lots of different artists, but I can't begin that process until the pandemic calms down and it'll be easier to travel.

Every tried to take up a hobby or activity only to discover its a lot more challenging than you thought it would be?

Oh yeah, a few times. One example: creative photo editing, which I was interested in from 2009 to 2011. I legitimately thought I was good at it, but I only had a free version of Photoshop, which is all I could afford. I stopped offering to make edits for people once I saw what people could do with full-priced Photoshop and how much skill went into their editing, lol.

Is it weird that I want people to think I’m gay?

As long as you are gay, I don't think that's a weird thing at all. We all want to validated in who we are, and it's a shame that that's such a big ask.

Do You Get Your Nails Done?

I've only had my nails done twice in my life, both times for a different wedding, and I allowed my nails underneath to grow until it was time to take the acrylics off. I don't really care to have nice nails beyond abstaining from biting them, lmao.
