I've been a carpenter for over 10 years now. I have a basic 12" Ridgid miter saw. It's served me well, but it's not really accurate enough for woodworking. I need a new miter saw. Which would you purchase? Or is there another blade that you'd prefer? Any help, advice, or opinions will be appreciated

For a CMS, I like the 12" versions due to extra width and depth on crosscutting. I found a fascinating review of the various different types of portable miter saw stands here:
