Hey, I try to enter to the app and I just can’t, it doesn’t charge at all, just sometimes, I restart my iPhone and it doesn’t work at all, the all just woke like once a week and if I close the app it won’t load anything again

For some reason whenever I download a song it won’t let me play it, I tried with like 6 different songs and where the song title is it just shows dashes?? I don’t know what’s wrong, I’ve tried restarting the app and such but it still won’t play.
