My songs are not being played offline. This problem started a few days back and I have been trying to fix it ever since!

For some reason whenever I download a song it won’t let me play it, I tried with like 6 different songs and where the song title is it just shows dashes?? I don’t know what’s wrong, I’ve tried restarting the app and such but it still won’t play.
