Bonjour, depuis la dernière maj de l’app Musica XM hors ligne connexion, beaucoup de personnes se plaignent. Avant il était possible d’écouter de la musique en ayant le téléphone en veille, toutes les playlists ont disparu, le nombre de musique est limité et le nombre de pub a beaucoup augmenté.

You can sync the playlists by sign-in to the same account from the old app and the new app. Be sure to use the exact same sign-in method (Google, Facebook, Email or Phone number).

Today (Tuesday October 13) I open up musica play a song and these are the messages I get on the top. “Playback Error”, “This operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error 1836282486.) and another one is “(Song name) cannot complete action” please help

We have determined the problem on iOS 14.2.
It is because the audio player was not initialized properly under iOS 14.2 Beta.
Apple will address it when they release the new iOS 14.2 beta.

Your app isn’t working at the moment, could you check the recent reviews on the App Store about the setting tab and songs not working?

I am currently subscribed to premuium on your app however I have been trying to download some new songs and it will not let me even though it says I get unlimited songs as I am subscribed is there anyway you could resolve this problem or help me out thank you

Had the previous update ( before the 4.0) my premium subscription had expired on aug 5/2020. I went to look for a new song and it wiped out my hole list? I did update the newest version and “signed in as I did “ with previous update, and hole list is gone ?? Why someone help?

Hello from germany ;) I accidently lost my iCloud data recent and now I wanted to download musica or XM ect. But in I couldnt find it and if I Click in the link of the Website from musica the App Store says its currently Not available in this country

Hi! I’m a regular subscriber to your MUSICA app. The app is saying that I’m subscribed yet my music isn’t loading. Nor is the ‘crown’ symbol removed. No matter what i do the bug remains. I’ve uninstalled/installed the app and turned my phone on and off and there’s been no difference.

Li have the pro version of Musica that I pay for and since your latest update I lost my whole playlist. I tried downloading a new playlist just yesterday and again today I looked and all my new songs are whiped our afain! Please fix this.
