For some reason whenever I download a song it won’t let me play it, I tried with like 6 different songs and where the song title is it just shows dashes?? I don’t know what’s wrong, I’ve tried restarting the app and such but it still won’t play.

I have been using Musica for a year and have never had an issue until now. Every time I download a new song it will not play it for some reason. I checked in my phone and limit has not been reached.

Since the new update the songs that are currently playing won't show up on my homescreen or in the control centre. I tried reinstalling, turning my phone off or just closing the tap but nothing worked. Please help.

Es ist nicht möglich, die App vom Lockscreen zu steuern (Lieder anhalten/ nächstes Lied etc.). Bei der alten Version ging das. Kann man das irgendwie einstellen oder gibt es diese Funktion wirklich nicht?

How comes after deleting and reinstalling the app, I have lost half my music. I was in a logged in account that I had already created. Is it maybe a glitch

Ich habe seit ungefähr drei tage jetzt das problem das mir die app musica sagt ich sei im offline modus obwohl ich w-lan habe und auch nachrichten jeglicher art bekomme ect. Ich wollte deswegen fragen wie man das beheben kann

ich kann keine Lieder mehr in mein Playlist hinzufügen, ich hab schon paar mal Werbung geschaut, geht trotzdem nicht. Auch wenn ich andere Lieder lösche, kann ich neue nicht hinzufügen

Bonjour, bonsoir depuis un petit moment lorsque j’essaye de rentrer dans l’application elle charge pendant au moins dix minutes avant de me mettre une pub avec un message d’indiquant «accéder à l’application» et lorsque je clique dessus ça se remets à charger puis me mets une pub et le message

я уже достаточно давно пользуюсь приложением. несколько дней назад я обнаружила что не могу зайти в приложение. нажимаю на иконку а приложение все загружается. боюсь удалить и скачать обратно, вдруг песни тоже исчезнут. что посоветуете делать?

Bueno quería reclamar porque estaba descargando música y decía que ya tenía el límite por lo cual apretó aumentar limite y aparecía como si pudiese descargarla o sea que todavía no estaba completo el límite Apretó la canción y no me deja descargarla ayuda!!

You can sync the playlists by sign-in to the same account from the old app and the new app. Be sure to use the exact same sign-in method (Google, Facebook, Email or Phone number).
