Does every "date"necessarily mean that both sides plans for a long-term serious relationship? In other word, is being in "date" necessarily means " to plan to be in a serious relationship "leads to marriage" with the another person? Or it can be something else?

I do but not from everyone. I'm a very affectionate person, I was born with an enormous amount of it and a need to give it.

omg, this morning I watched a romantic movie about 2 lovers and they were just like runnin' in the rain totally wild, kissing, hugging, spinning together, being all happy and super into the moment. ugh I am so emotional right now, I want that kind of romance. do you want that kind of thing too?

It's not fulfilling every pleasure or every outcome you want. It's being able to enjoy your life with a peaceful mind that's not constantly craving more. It embraces change :)
