How do you get the right mindset then? I struggle with emotional eating and yeahh
Well I mean when I first started losing weight I would put photos of goal body's up in my room, but weight lose is tricky.....
Cuz it starts to consume your life and you get so involved so to some people my mind set isn't right because weight lose is like main thing on my mind sometimes. But you just have to start to think about all the things in life you want to do and be proud of your body. Like I started to think about how if I look back on my high school life do I want to be chubby or fit. Do I want to spend my summer embarrassed of my body?
Things like that get you going. You just have to push yourself . I use to tell my self that "at the end of the day, if I'm still the same weight or don't look buffer then before, it's fault" cuz you're the only one that can force yourself to keep this lifestyle
