I eat healthy, and I don't snack
Snacking will kill you
I eat when I'm meant to eat, three meals a day and if I need a snack I'll eat a snack but don't like eat out if boredom. And drink water

I'm 5'3, ages ago my goal weight was 120 but I'm pass that. So I don't have goal weight now, I just want to be happy with my body

I use to, which is bad.... Don't get into it. I didn't do that when I started losing weight though, that had nothing to do with it.... What ever you do, don't puke or do any of that. It'll just make this processes harder

Honestly, because I lost a lot of weight really fast cuz of my extreme working out and stuff, a lot of people and parents at MKIS asked my mum if I was okay or if I had a eating disorder, even to this day I still get shit like that, you just have to prepare yourself for stuff like that

you worked out before school? im not fit so how do i start working out like easing into it rather than starting with something really difficult. i can barely run.

Start doing blogaloties, and this was what I used to get me started. Before I got super fit

No it's totally fine, I actually love answering them, I started February 13 and by end of march I was down like 20ish pounds. Cuz I found out I was allergic to gluten so j cut it out of diet and I worked out mornjng and night.

How do you get the right mindset then? I struggle with emotional eating and yeahh

Well I mean when I first started losing weight I would put photos of goal body's up in my room, but weight lose is tricky.....
Cuz it starts to consume your life and you get so involved so to some people my mind set isn't right because weight lose is like main thing on my mind sometimes. But you just have to start to think about all the things in life you want to do and be proud of your body. Like I started to think about how if I look back on my high school life do I want to be chubby or fit. Do I want to spend my summer embarrassed of my body?
Things like that get you going. You just have to push yourself . I use to tell my self that "at the end of the day, if I'm still the same weight or don't look buffer then before, it's fault" cuz you're the only one that can force yourself to keep this lifestyle

Would you say its harder to eat/have a healthy lifestyle in Malaysia or America and why?? I live in Malaysia and am trying to lose the same amount of weight that you did, but it's really difficult

I felt Malaysia was easier cuz you have all that healthy fruit and stuff around you. You just have to cut out all the bad food and just eat healthy, if you drink a lot on weekends that could be another thing. Alcohol is empty calories and should stay away from if possible.
But technically where you are doesn't really matter, it's more about mind set
