Jason would win lol. If he doesn't he isn't a good fit for his job.
Will and Jake would be neck and neck. I would guess Jake because Will doesn't really care much for petty games and isn't competitive unless he has some real motive to win.
Jake is naturally competitive and would actively try to win. He's smart as well as super athletic but if Will wants to win then he will win over everybody because he'd see it more like a chess game.
Since it's a more physical sport Rebecca wouldn't be good at it as her lungs aren't in the best condition and it hinders her. She'd be a good strategist though. Clara would be competitive but slightly clumsy which would be a disadvantage.

I feel like Jake and will are so different in terms of possessiveness, like I can't imagine will ever being jealous. he's so effortlessly cool and collected

I think the key difference is how they handle jealousy. Will is someone who won't lose his temper or act childish but still manage to subtly tell people to back away. He also believes that it's 100% Rebecca's choice. If a dude is flirting with her and she doesn't like it then he will step in but otherwise he knows she can put people to place themselves. Ofc he has his moments of jealousy lol.
But Rebecca is def the more jealous one in the relationship

What kind of father would Will be? Since we've seen Jake in that role? Will we be seeing him as a dad?

The kindest. He'd be incredibly patient and gentle but wouldn't spoil his kid. He's the calm responsible parent who would never shout or be mad at his kids but would calmly use words to make his kids realise what they did wrong.

Jake is more likely to be a closet fanboy. Will is too elegant for all of this he reads complex art books etc. But he does appreciate comic books in the sense that art is art in whatever form.

Why did Will stop jake from proposing

Because someone once told him that a proposal was supposed to be something a person would remember for the rest of their lives. Even if it isn't grand it should be special because it shows how special the person you are asking is to you. It should be done right.
Any guesses who told him this?

I like Willecca’s dynamics so much and i kind of prefer it over jara (even though i love them so much) becaus Willecca never fight they just have banter and arguments while jara had so many actual fights

The key difference that sets them apart is that Jara's fights and differences were because of how they often clashed as people because of their different characteristics. There was a lot of talk about how they had to change as people to accept eachother which is of course cute. They're both also a lot more emotionally driven.
Willecca on the other hand doesn't have the luxury of arguing over difference in character and they don't want the other person to change they just want their situation to change so that they can be together as they are. They're also a lot more rational even if Rebecca seems childish, she isn't scared about her feelings for Will anymore rather just the unfortunate situation they are stuck in
