Are you a bodybuilder?

I am, actually! I have a cute little workshop in the garden and it's just the bEST place to stick the arms on. Sometimes the bodies end up with two left feet but theres a niche market for that thanks to Made-For-Netflix-Movies. The clutzy girl/boy with no coordination is just so in right now, yknow?

He's had Brexit, a pandemic, went down with Covid-19 himself (as did his v pregnant girlfriend,) had a baby, and still has the UK to get out of lockdown even though the country seems to be populated by idiots determined to go to Hyde Park.
I'd say he can look however he wants. The guy's a legend 😅

Occasionally! But I'm kind of bored of it, yknow? I was there, I know what happens. There's only so many times that you can sift through your memories looking for a snippet of something new. There are no juicy surprises. The people you swore you'd love forever - Summer came, they're in Australia kissing a different girl every week. The places you swore you'd never leave are just addresses on old letters. Cuts heal, scars fade, memories get written over.
Nah, the excitement is in the day you wake up to. I don't know what's going to happen. That's the joy of it - I get a do-over every single day. New things to love, to rejoice in, to be scared of, to excite. There's no point recycling all of the yesterdays, right? You lose time from today 💁‍♀️

Not off limits at all!
We're starting to think about how were going to phase badminton back in across the country - we have a really small staff on the NGB so it's a team effort to work out which measures we'll take and enforce in all the clubs and yadda yadda.
Long story short, it's looking like October at the earliest now 🤦‍♀️😂

Could have been a bunch of places. I ran three schools tournaments across the country with 200 players at each - so that's not including staff and spectators - and I'd got back from an international coaching exam that weekend so people from all over Europe 💁‍♀️
None of this was inadvisable, just saying. The UK shut down suddenly and it was about a week after all of this. We had no idea it was coming so badly 💁‍♀️
