if you wanted a change of career what would it be and would you need to go to college for it

I’d be a photographer at the drop of a hat. I’ve got clients booked for next week, so I am beyond jazzed! I spent a load of time with the London Art College, so I’m actually already qualified ☺️

ever done any charity fund raising

Numerous times. My family has thrown a couple of charity galas, which are always so much fun, and there have been charity tournaments with all proceeds raised going to whichever charity. We did a hell of a lot in terms of the Nepalese earthquakes - my boyfriend at the time was a Gurkha, so everything we raised went directly back to his village rather than getting lost in admin via Oxfam or the Red Cross, etc.
Every run that I enter is usually for charity as well - the big ones like the Cardiff Half Marathon are for the NSPCC and Barnardo’s, and then there are all of the Race For Life events. I tend to raise money for SOLIBAD and cancer research, because those are the causes close to heart.

My ex was nicknamed Scruffs, just because I liked scratching his stubble. He was a bit more traditional and opted for Cariad, which basically means sweetheart in Welsh. I mean, there have been so many other terms of endearment over the years - but those two are still my favourite. Something a bit personal, a bit of an inside joke. Neither of us really spoke much Welsh anyway, so he was dead proud of himself for being able to use Cariad, haha!

I think I was about 18/19 in this? I’ve changed phones so many times in the past year that it’s a miracle that anything this old exists, haha!

The infamous Snapchat yellow heart 😉 In my defence, Jack and I had a red heart going for freaking months based solely on cheese puns and “what time are we gymming?” and “look at this fucking Kawasaki 😍😍😍”
But no, I stand against cheating on point of principle. I’ve been on the other end of it a few too many times at this point to consider doing it to another person. And I know that people say that it’s a one time thing, a one time mistake - but it never is. It’s a whole series of decisions and the fucking damage that it does to another human being is horrendous. Not keen.

I do after some runs because the wind does such a number on my skin 😅 I use a Ted Baker one, but I can’t remember what it’s called. Smells uh-mazing, though!

Sports massages - it’s got to be up in the 100s, I’ve been having to have them since I was 13 😅
Actual massages - I’ve had a couple from boyfriends who has no clue what they were doing and just wanted an excuse to thump my back, haha!

Okay, so here’s what I’m thinking!
Let’s start my downloading MyFitnessPal if you haven’t already got it. Set your target in there, because it is an awesome way of racking inputs and outputs. If you want to get into tracking macros, then you can - but we don’t need to at all. This is legit going to be fun - and if it isn’t, well change it up!
Diet wise - don’t be too mean to yourself! Make sure it’s sustainable, because your body will panic and think that you’re starving yourself if your calorie intake is too dramatically different from what it used to be. It will go “hoLY SHIT QUICK HOLD ONTO EVERYTHING THIS IS THE APOCALYPSE” and you won’t lose the weight. So be nice! Make sure you start with a big, nutritious breakfast (say granola or porridge - something high fibre!) and then keep going with multiple small meals. I joke that I live on snacks, but I do. Six small meals will keep your metabolism going through the day and when the cravings kick in, it’s easier to say “you want chocolate? Well, here’s a cucumber!”
(That’s a lie. That sucks forEVER. Sorry.)
Get some eggs in, get some tuna in, get some chicken in. You are now Princess Protein.
Exercise! Okay, this is actually my jam. Let’s do tHIS. I wish we could train together, that would be such a laugh.
Okay so you’ve got the goal that you want to fit into The Dress (sO exciting!) but how about entering a 5km? Get a friend to do it with you - I don’t know if you’re in the UK, but the breast cancer Race For Life is a fucking phenomenal atmosphere every year. So much support!
The walking is amazing - it’s a great amount of time that you’re going for. Three times a week, try turning that walk into a walk-run-walk-run, so you keep going for as long as you’re comfy, and then walk, and so onnnnn. It is the bEST way to boost your heart rate and you have a rad history with it - 30 minuets is fab! Try the Nike+ app for that one if you want your music to cheer you on!
Now, you’re going to need YouTube. Check out the kickboxing videos that Christa DiPaolo has done for Popsugar. She’s got 15, 30, 45, and 60min videos - the woman is everything that I want to be. Her positivity is infectious. So give those a shot (I’d say three times a week, but only do the length of video that you’re happy with. It’s got to be fun!)
If anyone says that you should be weightlifting, ignore them. We can build that in if (when!) you want to carry on post-wedding, but the emphasis should be on cardio right now.
Then there are the other things - take the stairs, if you have a skipping rope, use it! If you don’t, just pretend that you do. You mess up way less! IM OUT OF SPACE SHIT

I'm 16, 5'2 feet, and I'm cutting out on snacks but I do have tea with sugar in it. I walk 75 minutes/day but doesn't get my heart rate up. 10 minutes cardio. I have to attend a a wedding.

Okay, I am legit so proud of you - it honestly sounds like your diet is way better than mine. I was going to ask about alcohol consumption and then I was like "nO SHE IS SIXTEEN SHE'S TOO INNOCENT FOR ALCOHOL" and I realise that that probably isn't true but please let me live in that world for a moment.
Also, I really want to see this dress - I bet it is gorgeous!
Last few questions and then I will whack some ideas together super quickly and we can crack on! Do you have any history with running? Do you want a lil bit each day or an every other day jobbie? Aaaaand do you promise me that you'll be as proud of yourself as I am of you?

How do I lose fat in 30 days? I have to lose about 5kgs and I can't go to the gym.

The good news! Nobody has to go to a gym in their life if they don’t want to. Ever. They’re seriously just unnecessary for weight loss by the end of it. I use mine for HIIT and because I train with a friend down there, but I’m pretty tempted to ditch my membership next month anyway.
So, I need some more deets! I need age, weight, body fat % (if you know it, no pressure!) current activity level, a day’s average food (everything - snacks, drinks - the whole shebang) and why it has to be within 30 days. And then we’ll make this fun ☺️
