I don't get the part you mentioned abt you need to have a mortgage either way? i fully agree with buying a house entirely up front although it is very rare anyone has that kind of money to cough up.
I currently have a little over 90K in a savings account I can’t touch until I’m 25. Houses here average between 250&500K. But what I mean by “you need to have a mortgage” I literally mean, my moms a realtor and one of the things you need is paper work regarding a mortgage to even purchase a house. How it’s been explained to me is “buying a house is like buying a car, the only difference is you can pay a car upfront and only worry about insurance. With a house there’s a lot more to it”
Have you ever met the perfect person at the wrong time in your life?
No, but I think I found “the perfect person” and I think I regret leaving just a bit more. I was supposed to go to the same HS he went to and now I just constantly wonder “what if”
The Evo X i currently own that’s sitting in storage in GP because o don’t see the point in bringing it down here when in a couple months I’ll be up there anyway.
GOALS FOR 2021???
To move back home and get the hell outta this shit hole of a city.
The goal is to save enough to buy a house full out. Sadly even if you “own” your home, you HAVE to have a mortgage so either way the bank still owns your shit.
Would you leave the person you’ve been in a relationship with because you don’t feel like you are not you anymore? Also that person is crossing all the boundaries?
Once the spark fades and there’s no effort in trying to bring it back, I don’t blame somebody for walking. I did it.
Why do people say “just be yourself” with someone you like if relationships are just built off of a lie?
Relationships are built off lies because that’s how you chose to build it. Being open and honest with each other works wonders dude. Gray and I got EVERYTHING out and on the table before we even chose to be together. I’ve never had a healthier relationship.
