oh, gosh, i'm going to actually try to be honest here. it's complicated! i suffer from a panic disorder, which makes it difficult to regularly attend school, as i never know when an attack is going to occur. (actually, the anxiety that an attack may happen is bad in and of itself; it's pretty much always there, which makes me constantly uncomfortable.) i came back for a bit because i thought that i was doing heaps better, but i'm not quite well enough yet. i'm hoping to return for senior year - that is my goal, right now!
i've decided to reanswer this, as i have recently become heaps more comfortable with my sexuality. i consider myself a lesbian.

no, I really don't. my country was built on genocide; and to this day, it continues to be fueled by institutional racism and the denial of basic rights.

I feel as if the internet has expanded my view (and sub-sequentially lowered my understanding; or, at least allowed me to come to the realization of how little is functioning well) of the world and molded me into a more globally aware person. I've learned more about society from the internet than I ever have from public school, and I think that that's more than a bit of a problem. although, I'm infinitely grateful for the fuller perspective that the internet has given me in regards to global feminist movements, institutional racism, and the LGBTQ struggle.
I've also met most of friends through the internet. uwu
