it’s rare i feel lowvibrations these days but whneva it does happen , I do yoga & dance to dope playlist 🌸☺️

find a beat & write a song . watch stand up comedy .
find a park to read n relax .
write a positive letter to your future self & read aloud .
make a banana split n watch fave early 2000s film .
buy calendar & journal , start visualizing your dream life .
watch animal or space documentaries .
all is well . e-motions are like the waves in the ocean , it comes n goes , always flowing 💕
so cheer up & embrace all that life is teaching you .
