Does it take more strength to be kind to everyone, or to hate everyone? Why?
It's both. Bear with me. I don't mean to purposely sound pseudo intellectually vague. What I mean is, to be kind is initially tiring if one is not used to it. And to be kind in the face of meanness when all you want to do is snap back is harder. But once you keep at it, it becomes easier, like a muscle you exercise.
However hatred is draining. Even after a raging fire simmers down into a flame, it still taxes the mind, the body and the soul. And it makes sense therefore, to have lots of strength in order to hate. However strong though, eventually one will break. Ergo hatred requires more strength.
