Thank you Reilly! :) it's true though, me getting pregnant had NOTHING to do with the amount of pregnancies there has been, there still would have been a bunch, but maybe I set an example that it is possible to raise it :)
You're welcome. :) I don't think it has anything to do with the number of pregnancies, but definitely the number of girls that choose to go through with their pregnancies!
If tierney didn't get pregnant before you do you think you still would have kept your baby?
I know I would have kept Addison. But Tierney, as well as Karlee who I don't think gets enough recognition for how awesome she is, have both set great examples and showed everyone that it is possible to be an amazing mother as a parent. I hear people say all the time that so many girls got pregnant after Tierney because she made it look easy. I don't think that's the case. I think the same amount of girls have gotten pregnant, but after the example they set more girls are choosing to keep their babies instead of other alternatives.
A preemie is a baby that is born premature, meaning any time before you are 37 weeks pregnant.
Are you going to be a stay at home mom?
That would be ideal. I want to have lots of children and so I will have a baby on the boob more often than not. And since Zack will be making out $100 an hour he will be able to support us. But I would also like to have some sort of job even if it was just teaching a yoga class at the gym or something to interact with adults.
That is so cool I am glad you told me so I can do that when I'm a mommy! Why don't more moms do it?
I'm glad I could help. I think alot of moms don't know what it is or it has a bad reputation of being grosser than it really is. It's also very time consuming because you have to do a load where you rinse them in cold water without detergent, then wash on warm with detergent and then do another rinse on warm, and then air dry the diapers. Alot of moms have school and work so they don't have time for that every day or every other day.
Has she already started using the reusable diapers?
Yes. We used a different kind call G Diapers for awhile and didn't like them. Now we are using Pumpkin Buns and WolbyBug and love them so far!
I feel stupid asking this because everyone else on here seems to know.. But what is cloth diapering? What makes it different from like Huggies or Pampers?
Don't feel stupid. When most people nowadays think of diapers they probably do think of Huggies or pampers or another kind of disposable. Cloth diapers are reusable diapers. Rather than throw a diaper away every time it gets dirty, you specially wash them. The kind I use have inserts and covers. The insert is like a pad and the cover is like underwear. So when Addison goes to the bathroom, I take out the insert, dunk and swirl in the toilet and then put in the "wet bag" with the other liners until I'm ready to wash them. The cover is like underwear so you just change that once a day or if she ha a blow out. They are much better for the environment in the sense that I'm not throwing thousands of diapers a year into a landfill. They also help to avoid diaper rash or chemical burn that alot of babies get with disposable diapers. And babies that use cloth diapers potty train ALOT earlier than those that wear disposable.
Not much at all. She's exclusively breast feeding so we don't need to buy formula or baby food, and we are cloth diapering so it cost a couple hundred to get started and then you don't have to buy diapers ever again.
If your EX transformed into a Bath Towel what would you say to him as you wore the towel and his face was pressed right against your bum ?
What's crack a lacking Hahahahaha get it like butt crack. Idk it's too early to think
You're such an amazing mother, especially considering you're only a teenager. It is so difficult to breastfeed, use cloth diapers, look into pre-school, etc. Addison is very lucky. You deserve much more respect than many of these people are giving you :)
