Do you tend to collect things or do regularly review and get rid of them?

The first one. I'm a hoarder. It's not as fun as it sounds...

Ever been drunk ? If yes when was the last time ?

Yes. I can't remember when was the last time; I like to drink, but I don't usually get drunk. A few drinks is usually enough for me and I have a fairly high tolerance. But it's happened a fair number of times.
The most recent time I can actually remember, I was actually "tired-drunk": like when you're technically sober, but so exhausted (I'd had like an hour or two of sleep that night) that your mind is just as loopy as when you're drunk.

Would you rather suffer extreme cold or extreme heat?

Extreme cold for sure! I grew up in a cold climate, currently living in a warm climate, and I'd gladly take some brisk, snowy winters in exchange for the sweltering summers (and springs, and falls...) here. At least with cold, you can just pile on clothes, but what do you do if it's too hot? Take off your skin? Plus snow looks pretty and can be fun when you're a kid. Heat is no fun at all.

Has there ever been a series where it didn't initially interest you and dropped it early, but been meaning to get back into later after you hear good word of mouth about it?

Yeah, Re:Zero is the current one of those for me! Well, I never started it due to lack of interest, but I've rethought that and been meaning to watch it based on word of mouth.
Idk, I don't deliberately drop many things these days unless they're -really- not grabbing me, so I'd be unlikely to go back to them regardless of what other people say. It's more usually a case of putting something on hold when I just don't have time for it, and I play wait-and-see.

Do you fear the next big Lupin show might not be as awesome as the current one? (i.e an example of tough act to follow)

I mean, I thought that of this one after TWCFM, but it ended up pretty great! I always keep an open mind.

Hey Rose, why do you have a poop emoticon on your avatar?

It let me "set my mood" with an emoji and I decided to set it to my favorite one. ?

How do you feel about the Carrie Fisher news?

Very very sad. I grew up with Star Wars like a lot of people and, like a lot of feminists who love sci-fi, always had a soft spot for Leia. Also, Carrie Fisher seemed like a lovely person. Her comments about reacting to fanboys over the years, and her Twitter activity, had made me a huge fan in the past year. Why must this year be so cruel and take all the wrong people?

So what do you think of the newest Jojo opening?

I assume this meant the one that started around episode 27, right? I loved it! It's my favorite for DIU, at least.

If you don't mind me asking, what is the one thing you would like to get for Christmas the most? (e.g maybe a Ps4)

I don't think I had anything like that this year. It would have been nice to get a 2DS or 3DS, but I don't expect that. I mostly wanted a bunch of smaller things, which I mostly got!

Do you find Yuri on Ice to be one of Sayo Yamamoto's best works?

Yes! Though that comes with the caveat of a) all her works are good and b) the only other one I've seen in full is The Woman Called Fujiko Mine, and I'm not sure which I would prefer between those two.
I'm planning to make my way through Michiko and Hatchin this winter, now that my catalog has died down a little. Fingers crossed...

What would be the eleventh commandment you would introduce in the Bible?

Thou shalt not vote for fragile, ignorant, orange xenophobes for political office.

Do you find Christmas an exciting holiday?

Yeah! Not as much as when I was a kid, but it's still pretty fun. Especially giving and exchanging presents...

Hey Rose, have you ever read the romance manga called Kiss him not me?

Nope! Should I? Heard mixed things about the anime, is the manga any different?

Is there an anime from this year you really like that probably won't get much attention on the end of the year polls?

Lupin III Blue Jacket (the franchise has never made a big splash in American anime fandom outside of a few diehards) and Flying Witch.
Also there were some good anime movies this year, but those don't usually go on the polls? I haven't seen Your Name but I've heard fantastic things. I really liked Doukyuusei!

From one autistic person to another, do you think we're overrepresented among anime fans?

You probably meant this as a serious question, but all I can say is this made me laugh really hard. :)

I think that last ask meant to ask, if a favorite of yours happened to be in fact a new show next season and not an older one, which do you think you wouldn't watch based on descriptions and staff?

I'm still not totally clear on what you're asking: like if one of my favorites, like Utena or FMA or something, was on the list of new anime next season and I hadn't seen it... which ones wouldn't I watch?
I don't know how to answer that. I mean, something got me to watch it in the first place, right? And oftentimes it is the description and staff. E.g. I watched Penguindrum, which is another favorite, because I loved Utena and it had the same director.
Also, while description/staff will often encourage me to watch something, they rarely discourage me from doing so. Unless the description is just like "BOOBS!" or "based on a light novel about a magic high school" or something. I keep an open mind, see what the word of mouth is when it first comes out (and usually the ANN preview guide), and then usually decide what's worth a shot each season.

Based on premise and staff alone, which of your favorite anime would you be most inclined to pass if they aired next season?

I'm not sure what you mean by this? Like, which would I be ~least~ likely to watch if they got another season?
I mean, there are plenty of my favorite anime that I feel like do not need a sequel and it would be hard to justify one, just because the original series gave me everything I wanted and/or finished so completely. For example: Revolutionary Girl Utena, Cowboy Bebop, Princess Tutu, Penguindrum, The Woman Called Fujiko Mine, etc. (I was going to list FMA 2003 here, but I feel like they could make something about Ed and Al's adventures in interwar Europe, or the ever-popular fanfiction premise of them somehow returning to Amestris, and it might be interesting if they got the original staff back together. Still completely unnecessary, though.)
But like, I would still watch those if they made them. I wouldn't have high hopes, but I'd want to see what they would do. I'm still amazed that FLCL is getting a sequel, and have no idea how that will work, but you can bet I'll be watching it when it comes out.
There are also popular "needs another season!" candidates I'm more iffy about, like Ouran: again, a feeling of "why mess with perfection?" and also not liking where the manga went later, and being glad the anime had a different ending.

Are you going to watch "Rogue One" or have already watched it?

I'm planning to see it, but there are soooooooo many movies I want to see that are out right now. I'm not like an obsessive Star Wars fan, so it's a little bit lower than the awards bait and indie stuff I'm more hyped for, like Moonlight or La La Land. Sort of how I feel about Fantastic Beasts -- although Rogue One seems to be getting good reviews and it sounds more serious and grown-up and "political" than most Star Wars movies, so maybe I'll like it more. Idk. The prequels also tried for "political," and look how they turned out...
