It's not easy, but the first step is to accept that you have to get over him/her. With that determination, then you can proceed to busy yourself with things. From little to big things, just make sure they're happy and that they occupy your mind. Go exercise or eat or read or play video games. Don't let it wander and make you reminisce back into the past, it's never a good place to stay in!
i don't know, someone help me with this?

cool beans! I always advice amateurs (not that I'm a pro) to start off with a prime, doesn't matter 35/50mm because it allows you to deeply in touch with the basics of photography - DOF, framing, lighting, etc. It also forces you to use your LEGS to zoom in and out; this helped me heaps in perfecting my framing as well as visualising the picture composition I desire within seconds. as of now I'm saving up to get prolly a tele or a wide haha. good luck!
pretty rad if they know how to maintain and pull it off!
Nope why would I?
I pay for most of them myself
