Should there be a limit on how many children people can have?
No. Everyone should be free to do whatever they want. There should be some restrictions to pregnant women tho as their body and their choice is not just theirs anymore and has a huge impact for the baby's health and a lot of mothers struggle to take this into consideration. Some just struggle to make healthy decisions which leads to big future problems that impact not just a mother or a baby but a whole family. I mean if people have set their minds to make babies for the rest of their lives it's fine as long as they commit to healthy choices.
