lately, stick on heating pads. Right in between my shoulder blades. They're the only thing that helps my upper back and shoulder pain right now and unclenches those muscles. Otherwise, weed.

Yeah, I'm reading about it now, it was with the help of a Mallinois named Cairo! There's an article called "The Dogs of War". It's impressive! but sad at the same time cause both Cairo and his owner were left with PTSD and Traumatic brain injury... as most war survivors.

that's really sad. I think the reason I was so strongly drawn to Ringo was because I understood on a personal level what it is like to have mental illness from trauma and really need support

so lately I've been watching a lot of Mallinois videos on YouTube and I've seen some wild ones that run around and jump in trees, or jump big fences or buildings. These guys don't play.

Ringo has never jumped over the gate or the railing but he will hop right over the back of the sofa to do a belly flop on the center part of the sectional

How's your day been?

it was a really nice day. I got the kitchen cleaned and a load of laundry done, Jon was home and he did some yardwork while I was out in the garage studio and Ringo played in the yard while we worked. I cooked chicken cordon bleu and roasted broccoli and mashed potatoes for dinner. After dinner we walked to the grocery store to exchange all of the coins we'd been saving up for paper cash (we had $29 worth!) and then we walked over to Dutch Bros for the GOOD pup cups (they add milkbones)
