Being a female, It is really hard to stay consistent with exercise and work out. And I have no energy to explain that loll

Yes, it can be quite tough to maintain consistency especially keeping in mind our menstrual cycle, along with the hormonal changes it brings within us. But, you gotta set your plan according to that and find regularity.
Exercise + yoga + meditation makes you more efficient.🤷🏻‍♀️

Yara i've been working out for more than a year now and i know i am far from my dream physique and let me tell you something people started noticing and that gave me hell of a motivation to keep going but i admit there are days when you feel off and you're not feeling like yourself on those days maybe keep your workout intensity low and a pro tip to be consistent is when you feel like you don't wanna do this exercise choose an alternative or do anything you want just go to the gym.
