No, I'm very aware it's ten years. In fact, it's actually better when a 19year old pa*do is caught because all these 59year olds aren't being caught until they're elderly. Who knows how long they were doing illegal shite with kids for.
I'm pretty sure every grown person knows to not feck a child tbh. That's something everyone learns.
There is no "mentally 15". If you were birthed 19years ago, you're mentally 19. It doesn't mean all 19year olds are equally as mature, but it means you're mentally 19. Unless you're trying to say the 19year old has some disability, which in that case the legal case would be handled differently and I'm assuming it wasn't because they didn't have a disability.
