'cause...who else? there are so many people like me who get lost in the darkness because society shuns them entirely, i'm an outsider, but i got one foot in the door, my trainwreck is visible and so will be my healing. let people make fun of me as they wish. it's not funny, but i'll smile because i got one of them actress-hollywood-central smiles, my narcissism throws further mud on me, but plants teach us beautiful things grow from mud, and i know that sometimes beauty grows from poison, my former best friend turned stalker always related some lyrics to me, "poison was the cure/ the venom never goes away", and you know, poisonous people can sometimes provoke intense transformations and emotions that bring healing, to others and themselves too, it's a strange alchemy of life. i've got chiron, the asteroid of wounds you can heal in others but never in yourself, in the 11th house which is related to society, community, friendships, and i've read that such people are fated to live a ridiculously weird life, but proud in the open, so that others weirdos, even if they're one or two, can take courage, find hope. i will never be relatable to high functioning people, but i hope my bravado is helpful to someone out there.

At a certain point of time religion was the motivation for science, sometimes two far things can give origin to one another, look at alchemy or philosophy, they all motivated and started sciences, trying to achieve a goal or explain a phenomenon.

Today science can thrive on its own, and also religion, in fact the trial of connecting science and religion in my opinion, can be harmful for both, for a scientist to depend on their feelings, spirituals, faith...etc, that's defined as bias, and it ruins research.
.
For religion, to abandon ur faith and always ask for proof, to abandon the idea of "it was a miracle" and to try to explain and prove or disprove every story in ur scripture, to have this attitude will probably weaken ur faith, because the definition of faith literally is to believe something that has no proof.
.
I think men and women of science should never completely trust their feelings and should seek evidence, and I think men and women of religion should focus on their faith, the individual can adopt the scientific method while studying or researching, and if they wish they can drop it and follow their feelings while they practise their faith, that's my opinion though and everyone is free to think in whatever way they want.

/ Haha, aw, thank you. It’ll be a bit strange and different at first look but bare with me, I have an actual idea for this. The name of the roleplay (also the school everyone is in) is called The Dragonarium.

This is the plot I have written out so far (based VERY loosely off of the first witch ever to be recorded in Ireland);
Formerly an institution for the mentally and criminally unstable, The Dragonarium was bought and rebuilt in sixteen ninety-two by a woman named Alice Kyteler, under the assumed name of Petronilla Waterhouse, running the new establishment as a school for the exceptionally gifted. This was all a mere facade, though, and Kyteler used the school as a place to train young witches and warlocks from all over the world to harness their gifts. While some were stronger in offensive magic, others were more gifted in defensive magic, whilst some also were blessed with healing and alleviating powers, and then there were those who excelled in alchemy and enchanting, yet all possessed a little bit of everything. But there was one thing that every witch and warlock had the ability to do; shapeshift. But different from most stories, it was not a random creature that they would form, it was the most mythical of all creatures; d r a g o n s. Hence the name The Dragonarium. Of course, they were not all the same. There were fire dragons, earth dragons, ice dragons, plant dragons, and more. There were rarer breeds, too, albeit, as they were so infrequent, these dragons were hard to come by in her school. She cherished all of her students, nonetheless, and treated each and everyone as if they were her own children. Each student can account for this; in their diaries, of course, which are located in the archives.

For three hundred and twenty-five years, Alice’s barrier over the school has stood strong, shielded the magic they frequently used and blocked out the unwanted visitors that she knew were growing in numbers, slowly but surely. After the leader of this group, the Vanatorilor ('The Slayers' in English), accidentally stumbled upon a wounded witch while in her dragon form, their star-filled black blood oozing from a gash. Not only did he perform experiments on this girl, whom was only seventeen, he eventually pushed her to the point of death. As any curious man would be, he grew hungry for more. More dragon-witch hybrids began disappearing mysteriously, and Alice determined that it was the fault of this mad scientist. This man created somewhat of a cult from his madness and hunger for knowledge on their species, and spread his information to the new cult members around them. Eventually they became very powerful, with tools and potions that could hurt these hybrids, and sometimes even control them. Though unsure of the exact location of the Dragonarium, his successors have actually found it, and have even infiltrated their school with breeds of their own. They have the ability to shift, but they don’t have a witch’s/warlock’s powers.

+ vsco is a v simplistic n v cute photo-editing app! u have a bunch of free filters, but u can always buy more for $$ (i'm guilty of buying the classic ones [e1-8] & the alchemy collection [q1-9] or smthing like that heh)
+ dots & co; a gaming/puzzle app! i just downloaded it - it has a v simplistic & cute art style and u connect the dots and go through levels!
+ two dots is made by the same company; it's a minimalist puzzler as well!
+ i play four letters but it's a lil stressful bc u have like 94 secs and there's four letters and ur goal is to make as many words with the different letters that pop up and the timer goes down/up depending if you make a word or not
+ 2048 is a classic math/sliding game that is super simplistic!
+ 1010! is a bit like tetris & just as simple!
+ sleep cycle (1.99/.99 i think??? something like that) helps you keep track of your sleep patterns and helps u as best it can to have u waking up feelin' fresh!
+ waterlogged is a good app 2 keep track of the water u drink!
+ there's an app called calm that helps you meditate n relax if u want?? it's free
+ ALSO there's an app that's super useful if ur a gal; clue: it's a period tracker that is v simple and helps u keep track and it's actually p accurate
