Empieza sacando tu IMC, luego de eso hay una fórmula en internet para poder calcular de manera fácil cuántas calorías son las que necesitas para el simple hecho de vivir, de ahí habrá que checar tu nivel de actividad física para poder empezar con un déficit calórico sano y empezar a a bajar poco a poco.
En mi caso particular también empecé a buscar cómo suplir la comida chatarra o ultra procesada a la que estaba acostumbrada, como avena en vez cereales, leche deslactosada o light, pan blanco o refinado por integral, pan francés y bajé mi consumo de azúcar utilizando adulcorantes y por supuesto agregando frutas y verdura a mis comidas, llevé una vida sedentaria mucho tiempo, así que empecé con ejercicios de cardio por 10 minutos diarios, luego conforme me cansaba menos aumenté el tiempo y tenía un amigo que siempre iba al gym, como a mí me daba pena le pedía consejos a él y me enseñó varios ejercicios de fuerza que podía hacer en casa 🏠 🥰.

I don’t workout, but that’s mostly because my job is a workout in itself! It involves a fair bit of walking/jogging, lifting heavy weights whilst running up the stairs, etc! It’s mostly cardio, but in general, I do prefer strength training :)

Chodzisz jeszcze na siłkę?

Ostatnimi czasy nie, bo biegałam. Ale planuję wrócić, bo jak jest tak zimno, to już nie biegam i nie lubię biegać w takiej temperaturze. To bym poszła na strefę Cardio. Wrócę pod koniec stycznia albo na początku lutego, jak te postanowienia noworoczne się skończą i na siłce będzie mniej ludzi, bo zawsze w styczniu jest ich najwięcej XD

Zlozylas zyczenia noworoczne pacjentom ?

Wczoraj miałam dniówkę, a jeśli miałam czas i pamiętałam, to złożyłam im krótkie życzenia.
A wczoraj wyszłam z oddziału i poszłam do gabinetu UDP ogarnąć w kompie system cardio, zczytać i założyć holtery EKG, a z oddziału rehabilitacji przyszła pacjentka-Ukrainka, której miesiąc temu podawałam trombolizę w ostrej fazie udaru mózgu, rozpoznała mnie, podeszła do mnie, przytuliła, podziękowała za uratowanie życia i za to, że byłam dla niej "taka dobra". No i złożyła mi życzenia na ten nowo nadchodzący rok. To było bardzo, bardzo miłe.

I don't work out i just play football. On average i cover minimum 9-10 kms in a match. Before i smoked 2 packs of cigarettes per day i used to do like 20km. I'm a cardio guy.

He empezado a retomar el salir a andar (llevaré dos semanas), me hago unos 12km a paso bastante rápido.
Mi intención es coger cardio y empezar a correr pronto, y en noviembre volver a las artes marciales.
Hace un par de días mi amigo me ha propuesto presentarnos el año que viene a la maratón de Sevilla y empezar pronto a prepararnos.

Hej! Mam pytanie, sama mam chęć zacząć chodzić na siłownię i moje pytanie jakie były twoje pierwsze ćwiczenia?

Hej. Pierwszego dnia ćwiczeń dużo czasu spędziłam na Strefie Cardio, gdzie z odpowiednim, niezbyt intensywnym wysiłkiem fizycznym byłam na bieżni, rowerkach i innych sprzętach, np. ergometr wioślarski czy stacjonarna poręcz do podciągania, lub orbitrek.
Na sali fitnessowej, która była pusta, bo akurat nie było tam zajęć, robiłam sobie rozgrzewkę, pajacyki, truchcik, delikatne rozciąganie, przysiady, ruchy okrążne rąk i tak dalej, pamiętaj, że rozgrzewka na sam początek to jest absolutna podstawa.
Później poszłam na stricte siłownię, gdzie wykonałam na przykład serię martwych ciągów na prostych nogach z hantlami, delikatne zakroki, sporo korzystałam z suwnicy na nogi, ławki do brzuszków, rzymskie krzesło, maszyny do ćwiczenia ramion, ud i brzucha, również te gumowe, rozciągliwe.
Na pierwszy raz nie możesz się wyrywać i skorzystaj z pomocy trenera albo zrób sobie "luźniejszy dzień", aby się zaznajomić z siłownią i ćwiczeniami, no i żebyś nie miała potem potężnych zakwasów. Dobierz sobie odpowiedni ciężar.
Na sali fitnessowej mam ćwiczenia typu odnośnie zdrowego kręgosłupa i pilates, BPU, joga, boks i inne, nie wiem jak to będzie funkcjonować u Ciebie, ale jeśli Ci się coś podoba, to możesz się zapisać.
Najlepiej ułożyć sobie plan z pomocą trenera i to tak, żeby się nie zajechać. Ja pierwszego dnia się zajechałam i strasznie bolały mnie uda z przodu następnego dnia.
Ważna jest też systematyczność i to, abyś się nie zrażała, jeśli Ci się coś nie od razu udaje, nie masz "tej" kondycji albo jeszcze nie do końca ogarniasz jak wykonywać poszczególne ćwiczenia. Nie zniechęcaj się i niczego się nie wstydź, a jeśli tylko możesz, potrzebujesz, to poproś o pomoc. Początki bywają trudne, ale potem będzie lepiej.

Andavo in palestra anni fa , e mi faceva stare, poi fra il dannato lavoro e altro ho smesso di andarci. Ad agosto ho ripreso ad allenarmi da sola, perché volevo prendermi cura di me stessa e migliorare il mio corpo
Ho perso una taglia e sto combattendo contro alcuni problemi di salute , mi da molta motivazione riuscire a muovermi
Sento di poter avere un controllo e un contatto attraverso lo sport
Capisco meglio come sto, cosa mi fa male e cosa mi fa stare male
Ho fatto una piccola pausa per le feste.
Domani , dolorini cronici permettendo , riprendo i miei esercizi della scheda.
Oltre ai pesi cerco di fare un filo di cardio perché mi aiuta per il lavoro ♡

So it happened that in final year i was interpreting different ecgs in cardio wards to juniors from 3rd and 4th year and suddenly this one girl told me:
Ammar Bhai "If you were girl you won't have to use Maskara coz your eyelashes are quite prominent and curly & you have beautiful eyes too"..............i was stunned and to my utter surprise she continued stating that beautiful eyes 👀 are window to beautiful soul........
It was quite awkard and embarrassing........i remember i wiped sweat from my forehead couple of times!
Aaaaah....still em reluctant to face that girl🙈🙈

Días de clases; levantarme temprano, arreglar la cama, aseo personal, desayunar, ir al gimnasio y tomar el resto de la mañana estudiado, al medio día me baño, me arreglo, almuerzo y me voy a clases, en la noche llego a cenar, reposar y dormir.
Días libres; me dedico a los quehaceres de la casa, organizo, adelanto cualquier actividad pendiente que tenga de la universidad y luego, leo, escribo o veo alguna película, visito a mi mamá, etcétera.
¿Qué es lo que más y lo que menos os gusta de ella?, me gusta hacer ejercicio, activarme y comenzar la mañana con un buen cardio y lo que menos no poder dormir debido a las noches en vela por estudiar. 🍂

Nie potrafię ćwiczyć przy ćwiczeniach z yt co robić...

⋆⠀ ⠀Może problemem jest intensywność/prędkość ćwiczeń? Jeśli ćwiczysz z powolnymi filmikami, spróbuj tych szybszych i na odwrót, a jeśli rzuciłxś się na głęboką wodę, to polecam zacząć od podstaw, może w tym tkwi problem. Ewentualnie włącz sobie własną muzykęznajdź na pinterescie serie ćwiczeń na daną partięi tego spróbuj. Problemem może być też dobór ćwiczeń tematycznych robisz hiity, typowe cardio, tabaty, czy jak?

What sports do you play?

Only one I was good at and still play is Racquetball. Was introduced to the game when I was in High School. Fast faced, requires good reflex's, good cardio, you don't have to go chasing after a ball like you do in tennis and just really enjoy the game (whether single, cutthroat (3 players) or doubles).
When I was in middle school, played soccer in some league play. Played High School Football.Played a lot of pick-u basketball games, played touchfootball on the streets (tackle in the grass), played some tennis, some golf as an adult etc. While I generally had fun with all of them, never had the impact - enjoyment of racquetball. I've played a lot of different sports in my life, and so many of them either attract assholes with something to prove, or they devolve into bickering about the rules. Curling is one of the few sports I've found where people remain courteous, just want to have fun, and don't turn into hypercompetitive pricks over something that literally doesn't matter.
Hockey. I grew up around it as my dad was a coach for a local junior team. I also just fell in love with the speed, the rough and tumble way it can be played. I got to travel to cool places, and lucky enough as a teen to be good enough to play a high-ish level in the the US for a season.
Used to play a lot of cricket. Didn’t pick it up until I was 7 and my cricketer step-dad said I had decent hand eye coordination when catching, and it kinda went from there. Couldn’t get my head around the field position names (apart from silly mid off cos I always used to get put there), but enjoyed playing it and found it quite a good opportunity to hang out and get to know my stepdad over the years.
Just to clarify, I spent a lot of time with my real dad, too, but my time with him was spent going to a lot of football matches rather than playing, but they are also some of my fondest childhood memories. Would say I’ve been really lucky in that respect, so I’m grateful.
I am a huge fan of the big 4 sports. My favorites are the Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins & Patriots. College I like Notre Dame and don't care about college basketball too much. I usually don't watch sports unless my favorite team is playing, or it's a marquee matchup. I always watch the Super Bowl, whether the Pats are in it or not. This is going to be the first year in a couple years where I've actually got a huge interest in watching all (potential) 7 games of the NBA Finals, because Golden State vs Cleveland is going to be a rubber match and it will be so competitive that I don't even have a clue who will win. GS vs Cleveland for the third straight year makes it a trilogy, and it has made it's mark in the history books. I like watching MMA from time to time as well. I'm a huge McGregor fan (Irish pride!), and Joe Lauzon. Two favorite fighters, by far. Occasionally I watch professional wrestling.

Alguna vez habéis ido al gimnasio y os han mirado raro? tengo ganas de empezar pero con la forma física que tengo me da vergüenza 🤦🏻‍♂️

Raro es que no me miren así. (Aunque ahora ya no tanto).
Antes solía ir con mi mejor amigo y como tenemos cero vergüenza (y dignidad) nos poníamos música y mientras que uno hacía la serie que tocaba, el otro, bailaba o cantaba.
O cuando ambos hacíamos cardio a la vez, nos poníamos hacer el gili.pollas cantando también e incluso recuerdo que en una de ellas nos pusimos a dar palmas porque la canción lo merecía.
(Claro yo lo pienso y es normal que nos mirasen así).
Te puedo entender, pero es dar el paso. Cuando lo hagas verás que la gente suele estar más centrada en lo suyo que en cualquier otra cosa.

Isolation and solitude is good for introspection but in my case (prolonged periods of it) does not serve my goals.

Даш, а ты тренируешься, если есть лёгкая крепатура, или ждёшь, пока восстановишься окончательно? Я вот понимаю, что силы и желание есть, но думаю, что рекомендуют пару раз в неделю, а то мышцы не будут восстанавливаться и расти🧐

по-разному. иногда не тренируюсь и хочу просто отдохнуть и полноценно восстановиться, жду, пока крепатура пройдет, но, вот, сегодня у меня квадрицепсы болели, а я все равно тренировку Cardio Kickbox сделала.
я уже давным-давно тренируюсь просто по желанию, у меня нет никаких фитнес-целей, про рост простигосподи мышц я не помню даже, когда задумывалась в последний раз, несколько лет назад 😁 я бы сказала, что мне плевать, растут они или нет, но мне скорее надо, чтобы НЕ росли, так что если не растут, то и хорошо )
тренировки - мое любимое хобби, так что есть охота потренить - тренируюсь, нет - нет, остальное не колышет.

How many times have I answered this question!
I don't know why people think I force myself to exercise. This is not true! Everything I do in my life, I do for my pleasure.
Somes of my exercises look exhausting and tiring because I often do high-intensity interval training or cardio training. Such workouts are by default very short (only 10 to 15 min) and really very intense, they cannot look simple and easy, like some yoga-type ot stretching exercises.
I don't working out to keep myself fit or to maintain some special physical shape. I love myself and my body in any shape and I working out only because it helps me feel better mentally in my everyday life. Training gives me a feeling of self-confidence, a good mood and a lot energy.
For me working out is about lightness and pleasantness.
But not about heavy obligation. Really not.
I would never do any exercise in my life if I don't enjoy it.

¿Llevas reloj de pulsera?

Me encanta sobretodo para el ejercicio porque me permite controlar los objetivos diarios, los pasos,las alarmitas que me suenan si tengo que madrugar(es lo p.to mejor porque te vibra la muñeca y no es tan horrible como el móvil) y algo que me encanta es que me mira la frecuencia cardiaca mienttas hago cardio porque a veces me paso un poquito porque soy muy exigente y pues me da mareo, pero el reloj ayuda fleje..
Os lo recomiendoooo.

Dentro de un contexto informal, no está mal. Si comprendes y el mensaje llega como esperado no hay problema. Ahora si hablas así en un contexto forma, ahí sí está mal. Sí hablas con un profesor o estás en un contexto de trabajo, ahí debes de escribir bien.

فاهمه كل دا بس كتير مبعرفش اخرج من التفكير في الحاجه اللي بتقلب مودي دي بس تمام هو انا بحاول يكون ليا هوايه او حاجه مثلا اخرج فيها الطاقة السلبيه دي بحيث التقلبات الكتير دي تقل مع الوقت

طيب هو زي ما قلتلك التقلبات كدة كدة بتحصل وهتحصل ، بس لما يزيد الوضع عن الحد لدرجة تخلي التقلبات دي تحصل على مدار اليوم الواحد كذا مرة فكدة ضروري نشوف حل.
واحد من الحلول الظريفة جدا وانصحك بيه اوي الرياضة، الرياضة بتساعد على افراز الاندروفين وكمان شوية هرمونات بتظبط المزاج.
فانضحك جدا كل يوم مش اكثر من 10 دقايق hiit cardio او تمشية حتي لو شغلك وبيتك في نفس البلد بس بعاد كفاية عن بعض اتمشي من الشغل للبيت.
فيه بحث علمي انه ساعة متواصلة من المشي المعتدل بيظبط المزاج جدا ويصفي العقل و كمان بيحرق دهون مش كربوهيدرات، وده عن تجربة شخصية.

Physically: I don't get stressed, I build resilience instead, work-out at least 550 min a week including cardio, I eat what suit my body and genes and I listen religiously to it.

This might seem simple and silly, but my favorite habit is going on long walks everyday. I think going out in the fresh air, taking time away from my devices, and exploring different areas in my city are all very good for the soul. It's also a form of moderate exercise if you walk fast enough, but sometimes it's just nice to take it a little slow to "smell the roses". This has had an impact on my mental health that all other habits haven't quite had on me. It's the only thing that I can rely on to improve my mood, because it makes me feel refreshed.
Gym: specifically weight lifting and cardio. I signed up a triathlon and it showed me how lacking I was with just being strong but with no real endurance built in. Now I lift 3-4 times a week and run 2-3 times and throw in swimming or biking as an alternative to one of the above workouts. Meditation: I can't really say exactly when the benefits kicked in but I've noticed increased patience. I also have noticed that I tend to view things differently like everything isn't so personal and I'm much calmer as a result. Journaling: helps just to start the day thinking what your grateful for and what you want to accomplish that day even if doesn't go well it sets up your mind for the day. Other: I try to take a walk in nature when I get the chance, just stroll around a park or trail. Sometimes I listen to music sometimes I just walk but my brain kinda unwinds and unloads I always feel refreshed afterwards. I mentioned above but running has specifically helped my mental help I feel much better in a general sense after starting to run. Better meaning less bad days, and improved sense of wellbeing like a general it's going to be okay. Will answer questions if anyone has them.
Exercising first thing in the morning. Whenever I do this, I swear I make better decisions and have more energy throughout the day. My method of exercise is resistance training with free weights. Eating a diet high in healthy fats. I do not follow a Keto diet per se, but I do eat a lot of grass fed butter, MCT oil, coconut oil, almonds, ect. Healthy fats are awesome for your overall health. Stay away from simple carbs and sugar, for a number of health reasons. I've already been successful at working out at the gym for about 4 years. I took up cooking last year but I've fallen off the past few months. Right now I'm three weeks into meditation and reading. Two other things I'm doing is a porn diet and making sleep a priority, aiming for 8 hours a day.
I work out every day except my rest day on Sunday. Regardless of how I feel that day, regardless of the excuses I could come up, regardless of what time of day it is. Barring something dramatic or an illness, I have found a way to make that a priority habit for myself.
