Firstly, I don't have anger issues, but just saying: it's not that hard to get someone mad. However, to get someone to react in anger, that's what I'm narrowing this question down to.

What makes me really angry (and react on it) is when people won't stop pushing it. This means there are things they said that have already rubbed me the wrong way, but I haven't reacted to it until they keep on talking.

Other than remarks, it can also be someone's way of thinking. I can differentiate the difference between matter that are done on purpose vs genuine mistake on judgement though. If it's just a difference in way of thinking, the most I'll get is annoyed. But for them to force something on me (and again, keep pushing it) is what makes me flip out.

There are things I say in anger and they may sound so reckless, so disrespectful, or so 'savage' (as what people say nowadays lol), but tbh that's nothing yet. If u think that's over-the-top, then u are not ready for that actual anger I have. I'll have things flying around looking like it's Hogwarts. There's more, but I'm not gonna be here incriminating myself. 😆🤫 If u know, u know.

There are many reasons why adults are afraid to associate with young people and much of it relates to the numerous crimes and abuses that adults have perpetrated upon our youth over the years and centuries. The list is long so I will only mention a few:

- Priests molesting young people
- Teachers having sex with students
- Parents abusing their children
- Wealthy people like Jeffrey Epstein arranging for young girls to have sexual intercourse with politicians, millionaires/billionaires, businessmen and world leaders.

There are many more documented cases that I could list, but you get the point I am making. As a result, society has demanded that our children and young people be protected by law and that these laws be aggressively enforced and adult perverts be punished.

Other contributing factors are the "Me Too Movement," pervasive groupthink and victimhood movements, the LGBT+ ideology and a belief that whatever alleged victims say it must be true and therefore the alleged perpetrator is "guilty" and must prove his/her innocence. These combined forces have made many adults nervous and fearful of false allegations because we understand that if we are wrongly accused of a sex crime, it is likely that we will lose our family and friends, our employment and all of our assets. In addition, there is a high probablity that we would be found guilty and sent to prison.

A friend of mine who was a prosecutor and is now is a successful defense attorney specializing in sex crimes, told me that 80% of the men imprisoned for sex crimes in the state where he practices law are, in his opinion, innocent. And he also admits that the judicial system, our media and our society believe that if a man is accused of a sex crime, he is guilty and must prove his innocence.

I would challenge anyone reading this essay to talk to an innocent man who has been falsely accused of a sex crime and ask him if he was treated fairly and assumed innocent until proven guilty or if he was instead, treat like a criminal who must prove his innocence? I could provide more graphic detail of what I am talking about, but I have said enough and hopefully you understand the point I am making.

My son is a director of Music and Arts in a well known private high school and to protect himself from false allegations, he had the school install video cameras in his office and bandroom. Students are only allowed to meet with him if other adults and students are present and the doors are left open. In my private life, I teach guitar lessons and require that a parent be present at all times to protect myself from false allegations. And whenever I am in the presence of women (young or old) I always ask my wife or daughter to accompany me and if they cannot, I will not attend the event. (cont)

2. Courage - mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty.

I believe that some humans lack courage from time to time and can behave as cowards because they fear the unknown and are afraid of what they do not understand. It is this fear that often results in confusion and self-induced paralysis that causes them to not take calculated risks that might result in physical, emotional or financial harm. And it takes great courage and moral strength to overcome this fear and to confront the unknown.

Response: In my experience, most folks give attention to those people and things that interest them. I see nothing wrong in being attentive to that which requires attention and is something that you can manage and control. Common sense is required here because it is not helpful or healthy to waste time attempting to change things that we have little or no control over.

Response: This sounds like a death wish to me. Remember, life is short and you will have plenty of time to rest upon death.

Indeed I do celebrate when I accomplish something significant in my life. When I graduated from Music School my father and I celebrated with a big party and invited all friends and relatives and my musician friends and I entertained the guests by performing songs.

When I complete some construction project like building a house or brick patio or wooden deck, I might visit the local pub and celebrate by having a draft beer. My final example was when I donated my kidney. I celebrated the health of the kidney recipient by forcing myself out of bed and slowly walking to a well known coffee shop located about 1 mile away. My doctors were surprised that I would do such a thing, but to me, enduring pain was part of the recovery process, plus I was bored to death lying in bed staring at the ceiling.

First, we would have to start with the infinitesimal singularity, Big Bang theory and the process of cosmic inflation. Theories of parallel universes are based on quantum mechanics. Multiple states of existence for particles existing simultaneously or a wave function which encapsulates all possibilities. With that said, it is important to note that only one may be observable. An outcome is observed when the wave function collapses into a singular reality. This means that alternate universes (if they exist) are separate and as far as we can surmise, unable to intersect. If we do exist in another reality (a notion which I wouldn't discount), how would we be able to confirm it? The current consensus is that the universe began at a finite point. From one perspective, this could mean that alternative versions of us are likely to exist but we will be unaware of them while we remain "trapped" in one. Will death permit us to "escape" and explore other realities? Interestingly enough, cessation of life as we know it may be another riddle tied to quantum physics, specifically in the theory of biocentrism. In other words, our universe (perhaps others?) exists due to our consciousness of it. We have been conditioned to accept death but the reality of it may exist only in the mind. In the double-slit experiment, scientists have observed that the behavior of particles can be altered by a person's perception of them. As particles pass through a multi-holed barrier, they appear to travel through a single slit. However, when they are not observed, they move through the holes like waves. The experiment has challenged our established impressions of time, space and perception. We could also go down the rabbit hole of frequencies. As Nikola Tesla observed, the key is to understanding them. While true, a frequency is only one aspect of harmonics and multidimensional in nature. Assuming the universe is hypertorus (four-dimensional torus), you would expect that existence could be possible on any point of a single plane simultaneously and you'd be correct. But why can't this be accomplished in practice? Because the hypertorus dimensional structure is maintained through its own internal harmonics. Discover a way to disrupt them and you could place yourself anywhere. I believe that Tesla understood how this opens the possibility of being able to "slip" from one universe or dimension to another. It has been argued that the material realm is based on this structure. Therefore, if a harmonic disruption can or does happen instantaneously and without any regard to what we understand of Newtonian physics, light may not be the fastest "mechanism" in the material realm and all properties could be considered as products of their own harmonic structures. Alter the harmonics and you change the properties. From that point, who knows what may be possible. if a parallel universe exists, we mustn't be beside ourselves when we ponder such extraordinary possibilities.

There are two type of stresses.
1) that has a solution. For example, being stressed about exams. Study! Stressed about being overweight, follow a proper diet and exercise plan. As tough as these solutions are, they are solutions after all. They'll end your stress.

2) the second type is the kind that doesn't have a solution at all or doest have an immediate solution. For example, stressing about death. No solution to this, we all will die. Or stressing about the future, financial stability in the future etc. There's no immediate solution to this. In this case, understand that every goal has mini steps that lead to it. This is your time to focus on those mini steps and not wish for that final goal to suddenly come to life.
If I want to have my own house in my city, I'll have to start work for it at least 4-5 years early. I collect money, I get the land, I get an outline, I start building on etc. All these are my mini steps. If I am in my mini steps phase and still worrying that i dont have a house yet then I'm being silly and unreasonable. Your stress will reduce significantly if you understand that you probably are in your mini step phase rn and that the final destination will take some time.
