When we are working towards achieving a goal, when there is a setback that we experience, does it make you question why you're doing what you're doing and get discouraged from getting outside of your comfort zone again?

Example my weight loss journey
Was highs and lows it's journey of self discovery what you can push yourself without throwing in the towel thinking of destination and what I'm getting from it times where you set a goal for that week and it's wasn't the right result but I never shy away turn up for bad news and it gave me a confidence boost
Like year on bad habits I've fall into my comfort zone way to much but change is hard and getting back into that mindset I've done it and can do it again
