I think everyone enjoys a good conspiracy theory every once in a while because they’re fun to make light of and seem silly, but are there any conspiracy theories you’ve ever thought have the potential to be real? If so, which ones? What made you think that way about them?

AmericanLass’s Profile PhotoC.
As a conspiracy analyst, I enjoy dissecting the occasional conspiracy theory. It's my highly skeptical nature and the primary goal is to debunk the nonsense but to be honest, if a theory is too implausible or completely off the reservation (Flat Earth, Reptilians, Nibiru, etc.), I wouldn't waste my time. I normally focus on "conspiracy theories" which aren't theories at all but rather, events, projects and clandestine operations such as MK-Ultra, Operation Paperclip, Project Blue Book / Condon Report, etc. Why some of these are still referred to as "conspiracy theories" is beyond me. I believe that these and many others are genuine / factual because there is a great deal of verifiable information (including leaked or declassified intelligence reports, eyewitness accounts and testimonies of very credible individuals). My breakdown:
A) Conspiracy Theories - easily debunked but better ignored.
Example: Little green men from Mars. =P
B) "Conspiracy Theories" - an analyst's dream, plenty of data.
Example: Operation Highjump.
C) Middle-ground Theories - verdict's out, more info required.
Example: Building 7.

😱😱😍tak to si první koho znám 😱😍 taky tak miluješ lukase a philipa? 😱😱

Ano sleduju!

Would you rather go to a music festival, have fun and sleep in a tent, or stay home, watch TV series and have some tasty snacks?

I would stay home, watch Eyewitness like 10 times over till the next episode comes out and have some sour candies next to me.
Philkas all night! 😍

A me Eyewitness piace tantissimo anche a prescindere dai protagonisti!

Were the slaves being treated "like family" the minority? Wait should schools teach slavery in detail like why have i never heard of that??

fam - instead of sending me these messages, stop for a moment and think. do you think that people would be so angry about slavery if slaves were treated well. do you think that so many people would have died. do you think that so many families would have no idea where they came from and would know none of their family history beyond 3 generations. do you think that we would have pictures of people's backs completely mutilated with sc//rs from being whipped. do you think that people like harriet tubman and everyone involved with the underground railroad would have risked their lives and their family's lives to get people out of slavery if it wasn't a big deal. do you think we would have those artifacts like iron collars, punishment collars, yokes, neck rings, iron masks, etc if it wasn't a big deal. do you think that we would have thousands of eyewitness accounts via journals, written testimonies, etc accounting for how slaves were treated if those things weren't real. do you think we would have direct written account from people on slave ships who wrote that people were literally being stacked on top of each other because of how many there were. do you think we would have erected underwater memorials and monuments in respect and memory of all the people who died on those ships and were tossed into the ocean like garbage.
i don't mind answering your questions, i really don't - but you need to stop believing everything that is said to you and start thinking critically and more importantly, thinking for yourself.

I do not know Hazrat Esa. I do know Jesus and the Bible does clearly say Jesus was crucified and all 4 coincide with the other. Actual spelling is Lot and he was not a prophet. They did that of their own accord. Does not mean God was ok with it. God rested on the 7th to set an example ...

DavidRoss390’s Profile PhotoDavid Ross
I am now going to tell you about the crucification Jesus. Is there anyone eyewitness of the crucification? NO!!
Paul,Mark,Mathew,John and Luke. These are the people who said Jesus was crucified. Was any one of them was present at the time of crucification? NO!!
When they weren't even present, what would they witness for? Do the Christian courts of today accept the testimony of a person who wasn't present at the place? NO!!
"Then everyone deserted him and fled." Gospel of Mark 14:50.
“A time is coming and in fact has come when you will be scattered, each to your own home. You will leave me all alone. Yet I am not alone, for my Father is with me." Gospel of John 16:32
So we know not even onr student was with him. From this, we also know that what John quoted in chapter 19 verse 26-27 that one student was near the Cross is wrong as it contradicts Hazrat Esa's words and oppses Mark and Mathew's narration.
Contradiction among the Gospels proved!
Mark narrates:
"A young man, wearing nothing but a linen garment, was following Jesus. When they seized him, he fled naked, leaving his garment behind." Gospel of Mark chapter 14 verse 51-52.
Now the students weren't present there. Jews, who went to Capture Hazrat Esa, didnt recognize him. That is why the bribed 'Judas' so he may tell them and when they reached there, Jesus, knowing all that was going to happen to him, went out and asked them, “Who is it you want?”
“Jesus of Nazareth,” they replied.
“I am he,” Jesus said. (And Judas the traitor was standing there with them.) When Jesus said, “I am he,” they drew back and fell to the ground.
Again he asked them, “Who is it you want?”
“Jesus of Nazareth,” they said.
Gospel of John Chapter 18 verse 5-9.
See here that it was dark night as they were carrying torches and lights. Secondly, they didn't recognize Jesus nor they did knew his face. Lastly, Hazrat Esa's look had been changed.
"There he was transfigured before them." Gospel of Mathew 17:2

la Saponificatrice di Correggio, Leonarda Cianciulli please. I always believe the writer of perfume (Patrick Süskind) was inspired by her.

Once again, excellent choice :-)
This is also one of my favorite cases.
It's not like idolize her or anything, but the murder is unique.

Leonarda Cianciulli, also known as "The Soap Maker of Correggio", she murdered three women in Correggio between 1939 and 1940, and turned their bodies into soap. Leonarda was actually a child born from rape, she had a sad childhood with a hateful mother. She attempted suicide twice. She moved to Coreggio along with her husband in 1930 because her previous home in Alta Irpinia got destroyed by an earthquake. In Coreggio she opened a small shop and became very popular as a nice, gentle woman, a doting mother and a nice neighbor.

In 1939, Cianciulli heard that her eldest son, Giuseppe, was to join the Italian army in preparation for World War II. Giuseppe was her favorite child, and she was determined to protect him at all costs. She came to the conclusion that his safety required human sacrifices. She found her victims in three middle-aged women, all neighbors. After murdering her first victim with an axe she got rid of the body in this way (her own words):
“I threw the pieces into a pot, added seven kilos of caustic soda, which I had bought to make soap, and stirred the whole mixture until the pieces dissolved in a thick, dark mush that I poured into several buckets and emptied in a nearby septic tank. As for the blood in the basin, I waited until it had coagulated, dried it in the oven, ground it and mixed it with flour, sugar, chocolate, milk and eggs, as well as a bit of margarine, kneading all the ingredients together. I made lots of crunchy tea cakes and served them to the ladies who came to visit, though Giuseppe and I also ate them.”

(Yikes, don't invite her to your tea party.)

Cianciulli’s second victim was killed in exactly the same manner. Her final victim, opera singer Virginia Cacioppo was killed in the same way but with one twist:
“She ended up in the pot, like the other two…her flesh was fat and white, when it had melted I added a bottle of cologne, and after a long time on the boil I was able to make some most acceptable creamy soap. I gave bars to neighbors and acquaintances. The cakes, too, were better: that woman was really sweet.”

Cianciulli was caught due to an eyewitness and found guilty of murder. She was sentenced to thirty years in jail where she died of a brain hemorrhage.

la Saponificatrice di Correggio Leonarda Cianciulli please I always believe the

The bible is a story. And everything you just said is not got at work. It's science, and can be proven by facts. Unlike ANYTHING about the bible

The bible is the word of God!! The bible is true! there is archaeological evidence, manuscript evidence, eyewitness accounts, corroborating accounts, literacy consistency, prophetic consistency, expert scrutiny, leader acceptance, global influence, and the bible has changed many people's lives! The bible is the Word of God!! God worked through everyday people to record the bible! Science on the other hand has no evidence! L. Ron Hubbard established the church of Scientology he is a false prophet that preaches nonsensical things. He believes that many of our problems are traced to our "former" lives. He said smoking tobacco results from smokers "dramatizing" volcanos.. Like that makes sense. His "teachings" are TOTAL nonsense! "A man rejects God neither because of intellectual demands nor because of how people say where the evidence. A man rejects God because of a moral resistance that refuses to admit his NEED for God!" The devil is tempting and you have to be strong enough to go around the temptations! And So I have a question for u.. How can something be created from nothing??

And probably don't dub it to Indonesian, have it in their original language and give subtitles instead.

hey a lot of your answers have come up on my feed lmao, anyways i'd like you to answer one of the previous questions because it's something i dont understand "Not to seem rude but genuinely interested in how you think God exists?.. blah blah etc. " Please try your best to answer?

chillingodragon’s Profile PhotoLucas
Ah do you mean the whole thing is just my belief? As for if I believe God exists and why, pertains to faith, which is one thing, and the only human way of seeing Him, Jesus. If you don't know the story, God sent Jesus to die for our sins, and took the punishment for us. This is seen in the bible, and some doubt that it was mixed up throughout the ages and therefore isn't a valid source of information. But what we know is that there were thousands of copies of the bible, and compared to other historical articles is quite a lot. I believe that if the bible was not a religious text, it would be included in history with no doubt. We see that Jesus died and rose again, because of many eyewitness accounts. The New Testament, which is the start of Jesus' story, is not Jesus' writing, or not even one person, but several accounts of Jesus' life.
In many other religions, there is no real person that they follow, all stories and faith of what they cannot see. Christianity is also faith of things we cannot see, but also the faith that Jesus came down as a real person to save our sins.
There's no real way to explain my faith in God, and it's hard to explain because it just something I've grown up with. It's combination of hard facts and faith, and I can lend you a book that explains historical evidence on whether Jesus was real or not - from an ex-atheist standpoint.
Why does God want us to do the things he wants, like not sinning and being loving? It's because we are in so much debt to him. We did not deserve to be saved, but since God loved us so much he sent his own son to die on the cross for our own sins. God is the creator of all life, and decides what is good and evil, and we do not know why he chose those things, as the bible only includes what is relevant to our faith. This intertwines with predestination but I don't want to delve too deep as it gets very real very quickly.
Why does God make us suffer, because of Sin. God is a just AND loving God, so if we ask why he doesn't get rid of sin, that would mean getting rid of the people who sin and haven't repented. That would mean a whole lot of us would die, but since he is a loving God, he gives us the opportunity to turn back to him, redeemed through Jesus' blood.
I hope these answers your questions, and I tried my best to answer them but honestly I'm still a kid and sometimes I can't answer the questions fully, because I'm just not mature enough as a Christian. If you want the book I mention then just say so, and we can talk about it on pm or at school or whatever if you still have questions!

But this is just different than anything I've been in

Of the following, which makes more sense; An event with a eyewitness or event with no eyewitness? Big bang has no eyewitness, creation does. You can't guarantee creation has no eyewitness, but I can. I definitely guarantee evolution has no eyewitness whatsoever. Thoughts now.

DavidRoss390’s Profile PhotoDavid Ross
"Creation" or whatever you mean by that, has no eyewitnesses: The oldest copies of Genesis date from the 8th century BCE, which is long after the beginnig of the world even according to creationists. There's no reason to just believe what it says. Many of the claims it makes are provable false or copied from older sources (like the flood story which appeared a thousand years earlier in the Epic of Gilgamesh).
Evolution has been observed (in fruit flies for example) in certain species when they're exposed to certain circumstances during experiments. And the whole "macro-evolution vs micro-evolution" is bollocks, because it is just the same process over longer periods of time. Just like whether I walk to my neighbour's house or to Amsterdam and back, the actual process of walking is the same.
Besides, as a creationist, you would have to believe in evolution of some kind. After all, you believe the entire human race is descended from two people created 6000 years ago. Which means that all the genetic diversity in the world would have been formed in just 6000 years (5000 if you count the flood). That is evolution faster than any scientist would ever claim.

The Easter Egg Hunt was totally not fair! I saw two girls who were meant to be hiding those egg shaped tickets but they said (out loud) to their friends that they couldn't be bothered to hide them so they gave it the tickets to them so they could get chocolate eggs!

The SRC takes any corruption very seriously, especially in such important matters as our Annual Easter Egg Hunt. A branch of the BHHS ICAC will be opening a commission into any partiality shown during the hiding of the individually wrapped chocolate confectionery-shaped tickets and intends to investigate the alleged scandal. Any assistance in this matter, whether in the form of anonymously reporting corrupt officials or bearing eyewitness testimony to biased conduct, would be greatly appreciated and will ensure such wrongdoers are brought to justice for their transgressions.
.
they are just eggs but it does ruin the fun if its not fair so i'll remind the src of that tomorrow :)

Hun, mike brown was not holding his hands up. It was proven in the autopsy. You make this all about race when in reality it had nothing to do with race. Mike brown was a legal adult in the state of Missouri. He was 18 almost 300 pounds and 6'4. What would you do if you were that officer. Take a seat

the autopsy, forensic evidence, eyewitness testimony literally proved he had his hands up, you clearly haven't read anything except for fox news how embarrassing.
what are you smoking omg get off my page

where exactly was it debunked? an eyewitness specifically said that he appeared to charge the cop and never once had his hands raised in surrender or anything like that. that's what the evidence supports with the frontal shots occurring as they did.

you know that forensic evidence proves that testimony wrong right lmfao stop.
and no-- it's been stated that mike brown turned around, put his hands in the air and said "i'm unarmed, please don't shoot."
at this point, wilson kept shooting.
i repeat -- stop.

I have a son and I want him to love reading books. But, people say that boys don't like to read. I won't believe it. So, I'm curious, when you were younger, what book do you like to read? Thank you for your time! Have a great Sunday. :)

Halo, bunda Friany... :)
it's always a good idea to instill love of reading as early as possible, dan sebenarnya kamu salah nanya ke aku haha.. I've always been a book worm, literature is my porn..
Aku inget waktu aku masih kecil aku suka banget pictorial encyclopedias kayak eyewitness dan teman temannya (yang sampe sekarang masih apik aku simpan di kamarku hehe), those books always piqued my interest, agak kurang ngerti juga kenapa.. bahkan dulu waktu kita kecil kan di gramedia sering rilis "buku pintar" i would read that back to back..
But it's not until middle school where I expanded to "real" books. Memoirs of a Geisha, Virgin Suicides, dan ada satu novel Clara Ng yang aku suka banget dulu judulnya Dimsum Terakhir.. tapi selain itu aku juga baca Captain underpants, English roses - nya Madonna sama novel novel Sitta Karina..
Waktu SMA sama kuliah baru aku merambah ke classic lit, gara gara mandatory reading dan... gara gara pengen aja? Haha.. my all time favorite sampe sekarang masih To kill a mockingbird..
Jadi mungkin saranku buat ngembangin hobi membaca anakmu adalah.. do it in stages, find something that he/she is interested in and start from there.. jangan di schedule-in... if you turn it into a chore, pasti anakmu bakal males dan malah nggak pengen baca.. it'll develop by itself :)
All the best!

I have a son and I want him to love reading books But people say that boys dont

I believe each to heir own when it comes to liberterian preferences but not when arguing against eyewitness and photographic established fact. I appreciate you hink ou aren't being influenced by anti establishment propaganda but you are if you believe the made up 'evidence' given to support youtheor

Firstly, your "eyewitness established fact" is flawed considering the fact that almost every eyewitness account is dramatically different (and also inconsistent with medical science). These eyewitness accounts lost their credibility when the differences in numbers started to range from 5 to 100 when regarding the same event. The photographs provide undeniable evidence, but the depth of that evidence is lacking in that it is undeterminable based on a photograph whether or not cyanide was used in a gas chamber.
We are all influenced by propaganda, it's just a (very unfortunate) fact of life. The problem comes when one begins to accept obvious nonsense without bothering to do the research to back it up, which is why I am currently being lumped with conspiracy theorists.

Do you think that 9/11 was funny or not? I am asking because my friend said he is going to hold a "september 11th party"

Uh, well, I wasn't living in America when 9/11 happened, but I remember watching the footage on the news. And I distinctly recall being very stoic and not laughing as thousands of innocent people died in absolute terror. I don't recall laughing as people jumped from the towers to their deaths. I don't recall finding it hilarious when I read a statement from a police officer who said that he watched a woman who jumped get cut in half by a flagpole and learned that day that people who jump from buildings are very much alive by the time they hit the ground and don't die of fear mid-air like some people think. Nor was it silly when an eyewitness saw a woman get decapitated by falling debris in front of him. So I reckon your friend should take his 9/11 "party" and shove it because the thought of someone being so callous, inconsiderate, and disgusting makes me want to vomit.

If somebody says to you the quote"don't judge the book by its cover", then better first close your eyes for a moment and try not to judge anybody at all. Even much better if you don't have to believe in 100% with that quote.Well before she became famous — or infamous, depending on where you cast your vote — Loftus's findings on memory distortion were clearly commodifiable. In the 1970s and 1980s she provided assistance to defense attorneys eager to prove to juries that eyewitness accounts are not the same as camcorders. "I've helped a lot of people," she says. Some of those people: the Hillside Strangler, the Menendez brothers, Oliver North, Ted Bundy. "Ted Bundy?" I ask, when she tells this to me. Loftus laughs. "This was before we knew he was Bundy. He hadn't been accused of murder yet." "How can you be so confident the people you're representing are really innocent?" I ask. She doesn't directly answer. She says, "In court, I go by the evidence.... Outside of court, I'm human and entitled to my human feelings. "What, I wonder are her human feelings about the letter from a child-abuse survivor who wrote, "Let me tell you what false memory syndrome does to people like me, as if you care. It makes us into liars. False memory syndrome is so much more chic than child abuse.... But there are children who tonight while you sleep are being raped, and beaten. These children may never tell because 'no one will believe them.'" "Plenty of "Plenty of people will believe them," says Loftus. Pshaw! She has a raucous laugh and a voice with a bit of wheedle in it. She is strange, I think, a little loose inside. She veers between the professional and the personal with an alarming alacrity," she could easily have been talking about herself. If you are a winner by the judgements of few judges and not by your performance, you are not a real winner. HAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHA STOP BE A BAD JUDGER GUYS! PLEASE

Escape from Sobibor (que originou o filme)
Auschwitz: a doctor's eyewitness account (bem chocante)
Treblinka
Because of Romek
Yellow Star
Memorializing the holocaust

Whatever Ross or Angela did is not your place to judge him, especially when the guy is liquored up. Fuck I took photos of everyone, Ross and Angela had the nicer decent photos compared to the others. Give the guy a break.

I know hey! If anyone is an eyewitness it's you haha, thanks so much mate, top bloke!
