Was empfielst du jemandem,der nur zuhause sport machen kann,um so eine schöne figur wie du zu bekommen?:o

Oh das ist ganz schön schwer.. Man kann zwar gut Ausdauer machen, also joggen etc., aber Muskelaufbau ist zu Hause sehr schwer. Aber du kannst dir ja mal so Homeworkout Dvd's besorgen, ich glaube das macht Spaß :)

Welche übungen hast du für deinen six pack gemacht? Wie oft in der woche? Und wie lange hat es gedauert?

hab seit schon immer sport gemacht im verein unso und ich glaub mit 12 fast jeden tag dieses standard homeworkout gemacht. beim fitnesstudio hab ich nie richtig auf bauch trainiert weil der a) bei fast jeder übung mittrainiert wird und b) gings mir nicht darum n sixpack aufzubauen. Ich gehe auf Masse, da ich sehr sehr dünn war und habe seit mcfit 25 kg zugenommen. Darunter hat das sixpack natuerlich gelitten hehe, aber ich geh jez in die definitionsphase, fuege nach jeden trainingstag ein oder zwek bauchuebungen hinzu mit taeglichen kardioeinheiten und meide ungesundes essen dann geht das auch wieder fit :)

Hello, could you tell me your daily work out routine? Tell me exactly what you do because i basically am not happy with my body and i want it to look fit so could you tell me what to eat, how much to excersie, what to exercise?? it'd mean so much thnk uuu!! :)

Awww haha alright this is how I started off,
100 squats
80 jumping jacks
30 pushups
50 situps
60 bicep curls
30 squats with dumbbells
1 min plank
80 crunches
50 tricep curls
50 mountain climbing
Id do that 6 days a week and keep one of the days of the week as rest day its necessary that you do, sometimes id have to skip working out bc of having so much to study for and that's alright as long as you keep up with the routine
If you dont know how any of those workouts work or arent sure youre doing it the right way just search it up onYouTube and youll learn the right way (dw ive been there) follow fitness accounts to motivate you trust me they help. Once you start dont give up bc it sucks to start all over again
Do that homeworkout for a month or so and then you can go gym.
When it comes to food, junk food is off limits for me now. I eat more fruits and veggies, I just keep it really healthy and clean like the food I bring to school everyday is home made salad and fruits everyday and its such a good idea. Eat more chicken, fish, meat you need them. Peanut butter is filled with proteins so thats good. And avocados are super healthy and idk about you but I love them so much so what I do is just cut it in half, fill it with honey and eat it with a spoon. Or have it as a milkshake hehe >>>
