Engage yourself in some physical activity, which gives you a feeling of refreshment and makes you feel fresh and energized.
Swimming, running, jogging, walking, gym, aerobics,yoga whatever suits your body, just do it. the key is to give at least 45 mins everyday to your body if you actually want to lose weight and build strength and stamina.
Pick any activity you like that you can do. Do it for as long as you can comfortably do it for a few days. It should start to get easier. Then you increase the time and intensity. Gradually. There are no shortcuts. You have to do the work consistently.
Eat in calorie deficit.
Never skip your meals.Dieting is the worst thing you can do to your body. Focus on mindful eating
Drink lots of water. Keep yourself hydrated. Start and end your day with water everyday.
Try to balance your food with all essential Vitamins,minerals,carbs and fats in your body.
Avoid junk food but that doesn’t mean you keep yourself so deprived, you can have some cheat days.

I hate jogging, after not even 5 minutes I am dead. I‘m a power walker (6-6,5km/h). Hiking is nice, but to high heights will make my hipbones hurt after an hour.

Biasanya ni kalau habis sholat subuh. Aku lanjut ngajar privat online. Nah pas gabut nunggu peserta didiknya masuk zoom dibuat ngaji deh. Itung² ngejer target tilawah :v
Habis ngajar kan gabut lagi tuh. Daripada tidur aku jogging atau sekedar jalan² santai. Mayan bisa hirup udara segar. 1 jam-an. Pulang jalan² gabut lagi. Lanjut workout ringan. 20 menitan aja. Kalau udah gitu makan pagi

Y'en a ici qui ne supporte pas les racaillous en jogging et qui ne servent rien à la France ?

Je supporte pas les gens qui essaient d'influencer des électeurs en jouant les nationalistes français avec des arguments débiles et sans fondements, surtout quand en plus de ça, ils ne savent même pas conjuguer leur propre langue. Reviens quand tu seras mature. Je porte un jogging là tout de suite et je maîtrise le français, contrairement à toi. Faut vraiment être une pauvre tâche pour croire qu'on peut faire un lien entre le port d'un vêtement et la valeur d'une personne.

I prefer currently more hiking, I just don't have a lot of energy for jogging so for me hiking is better. 😸🤷‍♂️

Goodnight bang. Baru kelar midnight jogging nih. Sedikit sharing aja, manfaat yang hanya bisa diperoleh kalo joggingnya tengah malem:
1. Nafas lebih teratur (karena hampir gak ada kendaraan alias bebas polusi)
2. Meningkatkan kualitas tidur dan mencegah insomnia (rilis hormon yang membantu tidur terjadi ketika berolahraga misalnya jogging pada waktu tengah malam.

Have you ever had a teacher/professor/peer ruin a subject for you? How did they ruin it?

We always kind of clashed personalities. I would provoke him every day and he would do the same. Apparently when I told him to shove his essay up his ass it was the final straw. He moved me to another French class and I reported him for bullying. He tried to deny it and I produced an mp3 player that had a sound recording of him losing it at me.
Hell yes. I think having the wrong teacher can really turn an otherwise interesting subject into a chore, and having the right teacher can turn an otherwise boring subject into something really fun. For me, it was German in college. I was also taking French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, and ASL, but the guy who taught my German class was at the best of times boring, and at the worst, hypercritical and just mean.
English has always been my favorite subject but quite literally every teach I ever had for it was astonishingly bad/an asswipe. Every year it was someone terrible, it became a running joke in my family. One openly admitted she didn't like girls, one had a personal vendetta against me because I quit a play she was putting on (it was shit), one was pretending to be disabled (mobility scooter and everything) and made the class answer her phone and heat up her soup because she "couldn't walk" but would then be sighted at the weekends jogging down the street, one was a barely-concealed pervert. But I graduated with an upper 2:1 BA Hons in English Lit this year, so it didn't quite get ruined entirely!
I don't know if this counts but my high school soccer coach ruined the sport for me. At the time I had taken a few years off because of family issues and was looking to get back in. The coach knew I was good enough to start on varsity but wouldn't play me and instead put me on JV. He told me it was because I wasn't good enough but it was really because he was a terrible and biased coach, or racist towards white kids trying to play a sport he thought was only for Portuguese and Brazilians. He was Portuguese himself. So one day at practice after telling me and some other kids we were terrible players. He went onto the other team and played with the starters against us. I took the ball from him schooled the defense and put the ball past the goalie. He was amazed and asked why I hadn't played like that all year. I then told him what I thought of him as a coach and walked off the field. He didn't know that I had been scouted by and made it onto the US JR Olympic team prior to quitting soccer previously. I wish every day that I never quit.
Yes, two in particular. One was my French teacher, who pinned me up against the wall by my throat. The other was my Visual Basic teacher, her voice was shrill like a banshee and her method of 'teaching' was to write the code on the interactive whiteboard and not actually explain it thoroughly. Rather than learning we were just following along.

I’ve thought about painting actually! But I have tremors from my TBI so they’d end uo absolutely terrible😂 I was in painting class in school and it was a disaster, I’m pretty sure my teacher just graded my effort rather than how my work actually looked because she felt bad😂😂😂 and I have asthma so I practically die if I try to do too much physically besides walking for a couple miles😅 I’ve wanted to try writing but when I sit down to do it I get a brainfog so I ended up sitting there like “HERE WE GO!…………..now what”😂

There’s a park near my house where i go for jogging every alternate day. There’s also a مدرسة next to it. Now what makes me really furious is that grown men with beards from that مدرسة stroll together like couples with hands in hands 👬 covering the full length of the track(3-4 feet)😠, i mean first of all it’s just so Gay, why are you even strolling like you guys just recently got married🤢 and as if it was not enough, you’re blocking the path and hindering the momentum of someone who is running because he/she has to slow his pace down to cross you because your romantic asses are spread across the entire width of track and there’s no way to takeover. I’ve shown my concern so many times but they’re so stubborn, also they’re so numerous, it’s like a contagious disease they’re all suffering from.

I dreamt that I was viewing my city from the top most roof of a skyscraper and a missile came and hit the city. It was a nuclear attack, with the typical “mushroom cloud” forming across the horizon and i was stoned to death thinking if i were in the 50 km radius of the strike-zone(because they say everything gets sublimed that’s within a 50km radius in 30-60 seconds). When i wokeup my heartrate was over 100 and i was sweating as if i were jogging. That was by far the worst nightmare i ever had.

First. When I was visiting a new place at North Jakarta. I found a lot of attractive place like jogging track on river edge , restaurant, spot photo and so on. I never regret to visited it. And hopefully can visited those place next time.
Second. When I was visiting a railway station at Jakarta. I schock. Because it was a attaractive building make me interesting to visited it. Hopefully I can visited those place next time.
