Yes . . .
All my answers to your questions , are quickly removed my the evil ones .
Or , perhaps it's the more caring ones removing, in order to prevent the Beasts from seeing . . .
Or perhaps they fear the kittens who have seen the truth.

What did you buy for your pet this Christmas?

amycheetham09’s Profile PhotoAmy Rose
I bought the kittens several new toys and a couple of new treats to try each, my grandmas dogs came shopping with me and I let them pick out their own toys and got their favourite treats, as for the ponies they have the gift of a spa day with their massage lady. They all deserve the best 🥰

How’s 2022 been for you?

It’s been interesting… got a new horse, lost a cat, got two kittens, faced some things I didn’t think I would and have worked a lot on my anxiety. Found a couple new hobbies in escape rooms an axe throwing. Cut off a friend that I have known for most of my life. Had a family member attempt to end their life and are now quite frankly even worse than before so that’s been on ongoing battle this year and draining for all of us who are close to her. Got my first tattoo. Met someone who I think is awesome. Had a lot of heated arguments in the house cause someone has little man syndrome. Mum got engaged to said little man 😅 Finally got my provisional licence and plan to take lessons in the new year so I can have the independence that I need. Finishing the year with a hospital admission but hoping it will be all calm and no drama for December 🤞🏻

Does it ever drive you crazy?

Uugghhhhh started looking after a stray kitten’s food a few weeks back and I’d occasionally pet him. That’s it! That’s all I ever did for him.
When he first came, we would fight every other cat and others would hit him as well (we always have a bunch of them here, for some unknown reason 🥲) but then he slowly realised, his food will be taken care of, he will be protected and he doesn’t have to fight anymore, you know?
The kitten eventually stopped being all defensive. Now he plays with the two other kittens, never growls. He knows, he’s safe and he has changed so much! He’s a very affectionate little baby now. He just needed a little love and a little care. Just like plants, just like every other living being.
It isn’t too much to ask for.
P.S I get the song reference! 🥹

Hey, still the same. It’s a cross between wheezing or feeling fluid moving in my lungs. Getting bored of resting haha, I’d just like to feel some improvement man 🥺 Kittens are great company tho, I am getting all their cuddles and being entertained by their antics haha. How are you?

What was your greatest loss this year🥺

My cat gave up her virginity to a male street cat and carried his kittens in her stomach. He ate all of the baby kitties after they were born, and my cat never returned. I buried the bodies of five kittens with my own hands. That was so upsetting to me. For weeks, I was traumatised. My lord, I'd like to file a rape complaint. My cat deserves justice! 🐈

Since you answered my poll, I want you to explain your choice. 😄 Why would you adopt a dog from the shelter?

M1ssSemy’s Profile PhotoStar. i
The black cat I had for nearly 15 years was a rescue, they were going to drown him cause people didn't like black cats cos of superstitions and such, he was the best cat I've ever had 🤷🏻‍♀️ I am planning to get two rescue kitties next month cause there's a shelter near me that's overrun with sweet babies needing a home! They've had 80 kittens born this month alone 🥺

loneliness and utter misery came in my basket. what came in your basket?

Kittens. BECAUSE I PUT THEM IN THE BASKET MYSELF. Choose something joyful to get you out of your funk. Like a cat from the shelter who would be so happy to have a forever home. Or foster kittens temporarily if you’re not sure. I feel like we’ve had this conversation before. The answer is always cats

Do playboys really change for a girl or just acting

Cats are terrtorial animals and they treat their owners as they family members not as their gods like dogs, so they will behave the same when a dog attack their owners as they do when they attack their own kittens. This is also the reason they play differently and behave differently because you are on the same level with them in their eyes...

any one else jealous of people who randomly come across kittens / get chosen by street cats? i want one so bad ☹️

This is my baby, she was a street cat and just decided to move in with me one day, like just literally turned up, it was hard work building trust but 5 odd years later she's a big baby and gets spoiled rotten 🤣 I honestly don't know what I'd do without her, hope you get to experience this one day because it's such a pure love ❤️

What pets do you have and how did you get them?

Meanwhile, fish...I'm getting better but oh man the fish are the hardest I think aside from the one that jumped out of the tank a couple months ago I think at least one of mine is close to 1-2 years old I'm not a good fish mom but I'm getting better.
Last year, I went to volunteer at an animal shelter because I was still feeling suicidal, this poor sad dog had been brought there twice because of health issues, I can afford to give him the life he deserves, he needs me...a few months after bringing him home I began to need less medication and now we take care of each other, and we both love my boyfriend too. New dove...ok now a tragedy, I was adjusting a perch in the cage, both doves got out, the first dove knows I've got her so she just waits on top of the cage and lets me put her back. The other one was less tame, she fled from me in the panic and got behind the dining table and she was tired and fell down and the dog got her before I could. He's a terrier it wasn't his fault. My boyfriend told me it was an accident don't blame myself. She died in my hand. The surviving dove was cooing all night for a week, my dog was upset because I was upset, but when my boyfriend saw for himself my bird was grieving we went and picked out a new mate for her. And they are very happy together. The new one is not tame but the first one still loves pets from me when I reach in with my arm, they do not get out ever when the dog is loose, and I always put them in their carrier when I work on the cage and I will never let that happen again. Two cats, a pair of sisters just over a year old. I got them not quite three weeks ago when I went to one of the local rescues to “look” because I had just lost my 12 year old ginger kitty and my apartment was as dismal as a tomb. I had already sorted of rejected this pair based on their online pictures and profiles, but when they reached out through their cage as I walked past I couldn’t resist them. Found out later they had never had a home, they grew up in foster and spent their entire lives in rescues and foster homes except for one week when someone adopted then returned them because she “couldn’t cope” with them. They are super sweet and well behaved (for cats) and playful which is just what I needed after losing my previous cat so unexpectedly.
I had a Shi-tsu (dunno how to spell that.) that we got from a local in our town when I was roughly 11 years old. Loved him dearly for almost 14-15 years before he died from something we couldn't figure out. (there's no vets in my area, and we were VERY tight on money, so sadly, we couldn't get him the help he needed; he had a bad leg so we assume he passed from infection.)
Cat 2 - Friend asked if I wanted a kitten, I said maybe. Ended up seeing her, she has two hearts on her fur and ended up taking her because the people were going to drown her and the rest of the litter, after they decided kittens were just too much. She was a week and a half at the time.

Those of you who own, live with or generally likes cats, do you think they live better lives being house cats or if they roam freely? Why? 🐈

TobbeAsks’s Profile PhotoTobbe
Within many places in Australia you're generally considered an irresponsible cat owner if you allow your cat/s to roam free, as cats (both domestic and stray) have caused a lot of harm to the wildlife and brought numbers of native animals down. So I'm inclined to believe everyone is better off if your cat remains within the house as much as possible - especially when you also add in the statistic of how many cats are killed by cars. 😓
What's more, my parents were irresponsible cat owners in that they had two male cats at two different times in my life but never had either of them desexed, which lead to them spending the majority of their time outside of the home, getting into fights with other male cats (usually strays) and... well. 👀 This caused an influx of stray kittens around the neighbourhood for several years, and my cats ended up dying relatively young due to AIDS. That was always heartbreaking. In stark contrast, every desexed cat I've ever had has been a lot more chill and prefers lazing about at home, which has kept them and more of the animals in the area safe. *PLEASE* desex your cats, people.

(If you don't celebrate Christmas, just ignore this question 👍) - Would you prefer someone buy a Christmas present you ask for or have it be a surprise? 🎄 🎅 🎁 🌰 👍 🙃

I like both if person knows me well and that's what happened on Christmas - I got some gifts I asked for and then there were some nice surprises that I liked too. 😊✨
So I don't mind both if someone knows me well enough and if they don't think so then they can simply ask me. 😸

I rarely wake up early in the morning, I usually wake up before noon for example if I have my alarm clock set for 11:10 AM. 😸
I think I can wake up sometime before noon even when I don't have my alarm clock set. 🤔
So I hope that somehow answers your question. 😁
