How do people drink Lemon and Lime water? Sure it’s refreshing but I find it makes me dehydrated and my mouth dry - not good to have during work. 😩
I do really enjoy it! But I agree... it does the same thing as cranberry juice! Leaves your mouth feeling dry despite it being a liquid xD

Yeah the more your body is hydrated the more it will recover .yeah juices are good ,if you can consume 3 litres of water in a day then no need for drips. What’s ur platelets count ?
Halloween's coming. 😁 How do you usually prepare for it? Do you do anything to get in a spooky mood? 🎃
Well, I love horror games! So I tend to get myself in the spooky mood that way! (Though, I don’t reserve horror games for this time of year, I just am into them a bit more than usual 😆).
I also LOVE doing special FX makeup. Like, I do it at least once every year come Halloween time. I like making gory wounds and such out of fake blood, wax, liquid latex, etc… Sometimes I even do gory looks for Halloween, but I do try to switch it up with just fun looks as well! 😄
The only other thing I really do, is intermix some Halloween decor around the house along with my fall decor! I’m not really the type to go to haunted houses or anything, so making my house look a little “spooky” is about as good as I get. 😝

Long moments of deafening silence ended with his whisper. a small smile stretched Katherine’s lips as she replied in a whisper matching his own “you’re welcome.” The effort it took to reach her hand across the bed squeezed on Katherine’s undead heart as she watched silently, secretly reminiscing about memories the softness of his touch brought her.
Katherine chose to ignore his next sentence, he’d soon figure out just how wrong he was by assuming her confessions and kindness were purely a result of him dying.
Damon spoke again, her eyes snaping upwards to meet his own. No, no no, this was NOT how things were supposed to go. Surely Katherine always hoped he’d love her forever, but she was certain she’d lost that by now, although she wasn’t sure where, that night? The dagger? Locking her in the tomb? Rejecting her advances? She just knew he was no longer hers, or maybe he was just playing the part too well.
Coming here was simply to make use of a perfect opportunity to tell Damon the truth he deserved to hear. after all, that’s the first thing that crossed her mind once she became aware of his bite, long before she was given the cure and asked to deliver it.
Katerina swallowed thickly, she could see his wall down again after such a long time and all she could think about was how he’d react once he’s taken the cure.
Later Katherine would realize that Damon’s confession had her terrified not of Damon’s reaction; please.. he couldn’t take her down on his best day, let alone now after he’d gone through all of this. It was something else that petrified the doppelganger, something she feared to even consider.

Pulling the bottle away from his lips once she knew he drank enough, Katherine’s find found it’s way to his cheek, taking her last chance to touch him before he turns on her. “now do me a favour and try to stay calm, this will take a bit to work, no need to do something stupid and get yourself killed right after you’ve just survived.” With raised eyebrows Katherine threatened as she patted his cheek softly, almost teasingly.

Ja, davon habe ich schon gehört und finde es spannend. Ich würde es mit diesen Dingen bestücken. Ein Verdampfer, ein Akkuträger, ein Liquid, ein Modell eines Fahrrads, Smartphone, ein Zelt, eine Tanjine und ein Jilbab.

It varies. I drink when I'm thirsty. I keep a water bottle on my desk so I can take a sip whenever I feel the urge. I'm guessing I drink about two-three liters a day. I generally sneak in some tea in the mornings and beers on hockey nights.
16 cups of water per day? Holy hell. Just me, but that seems like too much. If you view water as something to "get over with" and binge on, then you should maybe re-evaluate what water is and what it does in your body. If you're slamming most of that in the morning, most of it will probably just go right through you. If your piss is totally clear, stop drinking water. It should be light yellow. I prefer to just carry a water jug around with me all day and nurse it, and fill it up several times per day, or down a cup of water if I am feeling particularly thirsty.
I drink a quart of water with breakfast, one with lunch and one with dinner. I drink an additional quart after I work out -- be it in before or after lunch. I drink little else except a large cup of coffee in the morning. After definitely being dehydrated for decades of my life, I cannot remember the last time I actually felt thirsty. It's usually good practice to have a glass of water next to your desk at work. Take sips every so often to keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Also, since it will fill up your bladder, drinking water regularly while at work allows you to take your eyes off the screen and go for a walk to stretch your legs on the way to the bathroom.
Within an hour of waking up I'm in for about 32 ounces of water then I steadily drink water throughout the day. It's not uncommon for me to have 1 to 2 gallons throughout the day and when summer hits because my job is physical 2 to 4 gallons isn't out of the ordinary with some packets of liquid IV mixed in. I don't drink coffee or energy drinks. The only time I have soda is a ginger ale usually mixed with alcohol. I'll have a nice tea though.
At work waiting at the water cooler, I have 3 mins to get a drink and get back to my desk and take another call. A new trainee has turned up and is filling a 1 litre+ water bottle. After 90 second I think eff this, and head back to my desk with 100ml left in my reused Innocent bottle. 90 minutes later it is lunch, and she is there filling up the bottle again. This time I can wait for a bit of water. I know they say keep hydrated, but this seems to be literally taking the proverbial. I think I heard on one of these Michael Moseley things a doctor saying 'drink when you are thirsty.' Which I do. Are people over hydrating these days? I honestly wouldn't have time to be going to the toilet every half hour, so I don't know where these people are putting it all.

Was ist gemeint mit rauchen. Die Zigarette 🚬 oder werden die Vapor mit zugezählt? Wenn dem so ist ist das nicht gleich zu setzen mit rauchen. Denn beim Rauchen wird Tabak verbrannt und beim vapon ein Liquid verdampft. Das eine raucht, das andere dampft. Ich benutze einen Vaporizer.

Have you ever taken a shower with dishwashing liquid instead of soap?
Not all over my body, but I've used it to wash my hair before (I was trying to strip my hair of a colour I had dyed it, and I'd heard dish soap helped strip the hair more). It gave my skin a bad reaction though haha, there's a reason you shouldn't wash yourself with it XD

I like both but I have to admit ... that I love coffee more because I ridicilously romanticize everything about it - white, foamy milk entering the vast blackness as fog and thunder clouds; the creamy porcellain adorning the soft and delicate brown liquid and the whole house just smells wonderfully. I swear, I have written dozens of poems just about the aesthetics of coffee which tea could never afford to me the same way. Whereas tea equals peace and tranquility, coffee is the aquivilant to chaos; the kind that follows every sleep-deprived dreamer and creative mind - in stains, drops, sips and flows. ☕

*Even lost as she was, she recognized her name, and looked up to see who called out to her, seeing someone else injured causes adrenaline to kick in, she's not sure how she knows, but she knows removing the shrapnel won't kill her so she rips it out, and blood gushes from the opening like a crimson waterfall, though as the blood pools on the ground it begins to glow golden and rise in little droplets, these celestial droplets fall on the injured man like soft rain, pure vitality from them filling his form, and though you'd expect him to now be covered in blood, he isn't. Nova stares down at the pool of blood as the golden glow fades, returning the pooling liquid to a sinister scarlet. How did she know how to do that? She got the feeling she had performed miracles like that one before, but couldn't for the life of her remember right now. She was alive when she shouldn't be, her blood may have just brought someone back from the brink and the trauma of the vehicular expl0sion seems to have blocked a fair amount of her memories*

I smoked for 24 years.
I was up to 2 packs a day, at the end, which was now 8 years ago...and it was killing me, physically & financially.
I can't say it will work for everyone, but after researching & learning the proper methods & materials...it was vaping that helped me.
I make my own vape liquid, with natural flavors, pure PG/VG & organically sourced nicotine.
Not only did this replace smoking with a healthier alternative, it allowed me to slowly decrease nicotine consumption over the years.
Within 3 months, I felt better, wasn't coughing up blood or tar anymore, and had more energy & lung capacity.
The whole system is also substantially cheaper, top to bottom.
Within another 2 years, I will quit vaping, as well, and be free of that vice.

How do you think that you don't have a sweet tooth when you drank tons of fizzy pop for years and that's basically liquid sugar?
Because if a sweet treat was in front of me and a savoury snack was in front of me i would 100% always go for the savoury and I will always say no to pudding. Drinking like a fizzy pop doesn’t mean I have a huge sweet tooth. ‘Tom of fizzy drinks’ is only like one a day

Well since you're a aviator, i like vomit everytime the plane lands and i don't feel well just after take off. I feel nauseated. Any leads you got to get rid of it
There is a liquid inside our ears that help us in balancing while we stand or walk.
If the liquid moves too much, you'll start feeling dizzy. Same happens to you if you spin too fast. Its the liquid that makes you dizzy or nauseated.
During flights it is recommended to hold your breath and try to blow air while closing your nose and mouth, that helps in stabilizing the liquid from moving too much while taking off or landing.
I would suggest you to talk to someone and keep yourself engaged. As the pressure increases/decreases while descending or ascending so this is something you cannot avoid, so you need to distract yourself.
Try the air blowing practice next time and lemme know if it was helpful

What is a skill you recently acquired?
Keurig “repair.” A few weeks ago, I put my coffee mug in place and pressed brew. It sputtered a bit and shut off. Repeated a few times, same result. Tried to descale, still shutdown. I was fully ready to head to Walmart and buy another. After some research online, I grabbed a t-pin to check the liquid jets. The final outlet was clean. Then I checked the piercing nozzle. Behold, it was plugged with a large coffee ground. After clearing that, it worked as normal.
There must be some pressure detection. If it can’t eject liquid normally, it shuts down

Honestly though, I think a lot of it is due to finding the right applicator for you! Liquid eyeliner is my fave, but for me, it works best when they’re the really thin brush applicators, as opposed to pen tips, if that makes sense? Pens always seem to drag on my eyelid and it makes it look like a toddler drew on me 😂
Oh and if you have hooded eyes like me, make the angle sharper and more upright, so drawing it less than a typical 45 degree angle (that’s the only way I can explain it 🙈). It makes the eyes look less hooded as drawing it normally seems to make the eye look like it’s drooping down. I hope that helps! 😂🤗✨

I'm a perfectionist and I'm trying to break this habit. My therapist suggested to make 3 mistakes daily on purpose without trying to fix them. Can you help me by suggesting mistakes to make because I feel like I'm trying to pick the perfect mistake now and I'm stressed. Only kind replies please.

• Use conditioner/soap as shampoo.
• Wash your dishes without dish washing liquid.
• submit an assignment on due time regardless of if you've written it complete or only one page.
• brush your teeth only left side of your mouth.
• empty the bins while they're half filled 💁🏻♂️
• put your toilet rolls opposite to how you use them normally, DON'T try to fix it for at least 3 days.
• share your hair brush with a friend for a month (that's a dare)
• if you do your nails, cut them and don't try to shape them perfectly.

For basic hand washing I have a carex liquid soap! It's kind to my skin, which I desperately need, and kills bacteria!
