Because emotional strongly influence your mental state ,physical health and behaviour and it turns to badly affect your relationships with family and friends and others too and drains you from within ...forces you to become a lazy and negative person ..it eats you up slowly and you even won't get it what's going on with you until you'll find yourself a negative, depressed,irritated ,furious person ,
you can't find yourself happy ....because your pain is not given you by any physical substances nor its visible ...,sometimes it's hard to find that you are dealing with pain untill you lose everything...
While physical pain heals with medicines , bandages, treatements, operations ,took days or years but it heals ,.
So take care of yourself ❤️stay happy 😌talk to me 🤭stay with positive people🤗find the reason why you are not happy and try to figure it out ❤️and do meditation ✨✨loveyourself 💯💯💯

Think yourself good and feel positive. Think about the good memories that you have spent. Do things that make you happy. Example - If you like music then listen to it, if you want to draw you can do it or if you want to dance you can do it. Make yourself happy 💕. You are special and unique so never think negative. I do things that make me happy like I listen to music, make podcasts, draw, dance and many more. So never hate yourself. I do one thing that when something apprehensive happens I write things in my diary. I'm just giving you an idea if you try this then you will need no one in this whole world. It can at least listen to you. You can also say as a self-talk even. I do these things and whenever I see or feel something bad happens then I write it. If you try this activity then I must tell you that it can be your habit. You can keep a daily journal even. So be happy and be joyous 💞💞. #bepostive #youareunique #loveyourself💖

awalnya beda kelas ak kelas paling ujung anak sogokan anak buangan smua sedangkan shbt aku ini kelas anak" pinter. eh pas main bareng ngerasa cocok klop aja gtu dan dia bisa memahami bgt sifat gue yg emg gkbisa jaim,becicilan, hobby ketawa,gkbisa sokmanis.
