I am an anxiety patient and I can understand what you are going through. But please if it's just mild stress don't take any medicine cause they are drugs are hard to leave. try breathing meditation , do workout in your room and don't take caffeine and if you still need medicine take alparazolam (lowest dose) .

Meditation discord tips and discussions would be hood too

Yes. I think that fits in with spiritual discussion though. But perhaps I can add a sub channel to spiritual discussion. I have people there from atheist to Muslim and who knows what else. It could be very interesting if people decide to chat. My friends are very respectful so I don’t think I have to worry about any arguments. There are a few there that I don’t know though.

They can be critical for survival. Some people perform better under stress. However, chronic stress can cause fatigue, migraines, depression, metabolic disorders (such as diabetes) and other problems. We can cope with the response by performing physical and relaxation exercises, developing support networks, remaining engaged and getting the proper amount of rest. Learning how to calm the body and remain balanced can help us in numerous ways. In my case, study, meditation, artistic pursuits, breathing exercises, practicing martial arts and becoming a better marksman have removed all anxiety. Fear can rescue, enslave, debilitate or motivate. It is a question of how we react to it.

I do have childhood inner wounds but how would I go about healing them? I really dont want to tell my parents what happened to me when I was younger so I hope I dont have to do that?

Let meditation be your guide. It may take some time but it can be healed. There is much to be learned in a meditative state. After coming out of very deep intense one as I write this, I can assure you that answers can be found. Don’t force it. Let it flow.

How did you first learn about spirituality? How can we know whats real or not?

I started exploring as a teen. Began with Wicca… didn’t seem to fit after a while, read things on Buddhism and things began to start making more sense. Read other things here and there. Had a large collection of religious and spiritual books. Still I didn’t choose to label myself, as nothing truly fit 100%. In my mid twenties I began experimenting with altered states of consciousness and reading many things of that nature. That’s where it all fell into place. Later a person in my life at some point in our relationship got heavily into meditation, theosophy, esoteric occult knowledge. He tried forcing these things on me and it did not go well. Even though much of it resonated with me, I rejected being force fed which inevitably prolonged getting into some wisdom. But it made its way to me eventually. And more recently some old Norse/ Odinism has revealed some interesting things to me. It has all been a rather complicated journey but also very simple at the root. And each day reveals something new. It brings excitement, beauty and magic into daily life.

I tend to listen to meditation music, as I find that’s quite calming - I prefer listening to some source of soundscape, even if it’s at a very low frequency/sound. I don’t mind sleeping to no noise, but I find that listening to music helps me relax better and fall asleep quicker :)

How do you stop feeling alone?

The key is to learn how to be comfortable in your own presence, and occupied even when alone. I think sometimes people can rely on others to fill a void that they don't feel they can fill themselves. Like being bored if they can't have others around them to make them unbored. Or feeling sad or uncomfortable alone, so needing others to distract them from that with their company.
There's nothing wrong with needing people to be in your life. Especially if you're extroverted too, you will feel that absence a lot more intensely I think than an introvert. However learning to be comfortable on your own is something I feel everyone should learn. And if you don't feel you can then I think there's room for self improvement. Maybe there's some underlining issues you haven't addressed or tackled yet that have led you to feel that discomfort.
Taking up hobbies and such are great, as they get you interested in something that you can do by yourself even if others aren't around. So you find ways to entertain yourself when you're bored. And also it helps you to appreciate alone time more too, because you get to do these lil things you enjoy. Also practicing self care, like pampering yourself now and then, or doing stuff like meditation can help you learn to be in the moment.

Normalerweise bin ich beim Autofahren tiefenentspannt und sehr ruhig. Es ist wie eine Art Meditation für mich, alleine durch die Gegend zu fahren. Die Betonung liegt auf "alleine", denn sobald jemand mit mir fährt, ist es aus mit der Entspannung.

Exercise it helps you to come out from anger, sad ,bad mood ,depressed state
It might be blood pressure: make potassium smoothie: take shaker add milk ,yoghurt diced banana ,5 spinach leaves ,beetroot diced blend it Take out in glass add over night soaked chia seed
Vitamin c drink for blood pressure : take jug of water squeeze 7 lemon juice, grapefruit juicd apple cider vinegar drink through out the day
Reduce salt in take
Walk it helps you to come out from anger
Eat mood booster food like omega 3 foodsSesame seed, flax seed ,chia seed ,fish ,chocolate
Tahini : take food processor add 1 cup sesame seed 8 grated garlic olive oil lemon salt pepper blend it
Eat 2-3 tbs
Stir fry : take fry pan add tuna fish, onion rings ,steamed broccoli dash of salt pepper blend it
Remove blinds of your room let natural sunlight come inside your room ,sun cure depression, its mood booster ,cure any disease ,improve sleep etc

كده كده الإنسان كائن تفاعلي غصب عنه بيتأثر بأفكار/أفعال الناس القريبة منه واول خطوة بلاش تحطي ف دماغك فكرة انك مختلفة عنهم عشان متشوفيش نفسك شخص منبوذ، انتي طبيعية وكل واحد له تفكيره/تفضيلاته ومش معني انهم أجمعوا علي حاجة معينة انتي مش بتحبيها تصنفي نفسك شخص مختلف عنهم، ممكن تقولي لنفسك دي أذواق شخصية مثلاً !

2- اكتبي مشاعرك اليومية، كل اللي مريتي بيه من انفعالات يومية اكتبيه وشوفي هل كان يستاهل ولا لا؟ وايه اللي وصلك للشعور ده؟ طب تقدري تعالجيه ازاي؟ بتكون عبارة عن جلسة تصالح يومية مع النفس
3- متاخديش قرار وقت غضب أو وقت فرح، الاتنين هيأثرو عليكي بالسلب وهتندمي لانها بتكون لحظة دوبامين مسيطرة عليكي فا اهدي وبعد ما الموقف يحصل فكري بهدوء
4- الـ meditation exercises بتساعدك تركزي علي صوت نفسك وتخرجي الطاقة السلبية اللي جواكي
5- تجنبي انك تتكلمي عن نفسك بصورة سلبية زي "انا عصبية - مبقدرش اتحكم ف نفسي - انا بتأثر بسرعة ..الخ" كل ده عبارة عن negative self-talk بيزود صوت الـ inner critic جواكي وبيخليكي تنفعلي بشكل أكبر لإنك مش متصالحة مع مشاعرك أصلاً فا هتتعصبي أو هتتأثر بشكل أكبر

The absurdity of that notion might suggest that words are chosen for us by links beyond(?) our comprehension and we are merely conduits of the whimsical, the predictable and the indiscernible. Perhaps, but we would be wise to learn a lesson which is rarely taught: one must detach in order to connect.

Chain of words and absurdity is my mom's speciality👉 last week we were arguing, then she refused to speak with me 4 days and yesterday she probably felt that I was right and she decided to finish this "quiet" situation so she called me with an absurd question: Which kind of mobile operator are you using?... 🤔🙄🤷‍♀️

Yes, it can be quite tough to maintain consistency especially keeping in mind our menstrual cycle, along with the hormonal changes it brings within us. But, you gotta set your plan according to that and find regularity.
Exercise + yoga + meditation makes you more efficient.🤷🏻‍♀️

Meditation. There was a brief period when I experimented with self-hypnosis but to be honest, it failed to impress me and I stopped pursuing it. With meditation, my experience has been largely positive and tremendously enlightening. I prefer to view it as a daily "workout" for the spirit.

Aw Abs, is there anyone in person you can talk to to alleviate some of your worries? Would chatting to your family help in any way?
You’re incredibly talented, wonderfully kind and have so much to offer, you may just need a bit of a break to regroup really! Is it possible for you to book a couple of days off work, if you don’t have much holiday? Trust me, it will help so much just to get a change of scenery - I can only imagine how immensely stressful it must be in your profession. Things that have helped me is doing meditation - it doesn’t have to be anything that woo woo, but just taking the time to sit or lay still, even if it’s just listening to peaceful music, and focusing on your breathing, deep inhales and longer exhales. It does help calm your body down a little, which in turn may help things feel a tad more manageable at that moment in time.
If it’s really bad though, is it possible for you to seek any advice from a medical professional?
I hope you feel better soon bud, I’m sending lots of hugs your way 🤗💛

Really only on VR. Oculus was an impulse buy that I purchased literally the first time I ever heard of it. But it changed my life and was for sure one of the most worthwhile purchase of my life. Really not for gaming reasons but for meditation and exercise. I’ve rarely used it the past few months though. I think my real life became a bit more interesting than virtual reality.

What would YOU consider, some of the simple, but BEST sensations, to ever experience? (i.e., using a Q-tip in ear, having someone wash your hair, scratching a bug bite, clean bedsheets, ect) 👌🤪

Nothing is as relaxing to me as having water rush past you when you swim freestyle. The sounds you hear when doing so clears my head better than any kind of meditation. It's also so satisfying when you achieve the perfect technique, you grip and push the water in a way so you feel like you're truly a part of it. Then I also love to simply dive down, be completely immersed in the calm silence of being underwater and to watch how the sunlight ripples down there 🏊‍♂️💧

How do you find and learn the positives in bad experiences?

It is a matter of perspective. For example, poverty inspired me to pursue higher education, embark on a rewarding career and improve my circumstances. I was born penniless but I did not have to remain that way. A motorcycle accident could've left me in a wheelchair and wallowing in self-pity. I saw it as another challenge to overcome and with the aid of competent surgeons and therapists, I was able to regain my mobility. That situation put me on the path of meditation, regular exercise, weight training and martial arts. In "failed" relationships, I examined what went wrong, what should be avoided and what might increase the chances of success in future relationships. From my vantage point, when we view life's setbacks as opportunities, every negative consequence opens another portal toward a positive transformation and *learning* from them becomes second nature. I will surely face new obstacles. Some will appear insurmountable and fate is free to hurl as many difficulties as it chooses. Good, bring it on. As long as I have a pulse, there will be no excuse to retreat or ignore the lessons which may present themselves. In "Twilight of the Idols," Nietzsche put it this way: "What does not kill me makes me stronger."

How do you find and learn the positives in bad experiences

to anyone that didn’t for a period of time… what does it feel like to be in love with yourself and how did you get there?

It feels… peaceful. Like you’re at home within yourself. There is no need for any external validation and any true connection with another person is valued at a much deeper level.
How to get there? I can’t really say. It was a part of my spiritual awakening. But I suggest meditation. I sound like a broken record. 🤪

Nothing is set in stone, changes are still happening. An idea is still in the development stages. The situation can be a bit unsettling. The best will unfold for you. Work towards those goals. Stay adaptable. Don't be led astray. Refocus your attention on the right priorities. Need to release. Have patience and down time for yourself. Stop trying so hard to please everyone else. It's safe to move forward. Let go of emotional baggage. Meditation or yoga can be good. Prosperity lies ahead. Doubting self-worth. Believe in yourself. Believe that finances will be better. Ich glaube dann lebt man in einer Art Vakuum.
Klar man kann zeitweise versuchen mal abzuschalten, alles ausblenden, aber das ist dann eher eine Form der Meditation. Sobald man Dinge tut oder mit anderen Menschen interagiert, bewertet man Situation auch oder es kommen Erinnerungen der einen oder anderen Art hoch 🤔

What have you done differently this year that you didn't do last year?

I’ve prioritised working as many hours as I can this year, all in the aim to potentially achieve a huge milestone, if everything works out. It’s tiring and exhausting, but if it pays off (which I hope it will), then it’ll be well worth it.
I do feel like I’ve been on the precipice of burn out for a while though, so I’m also making an active effort when I have the energy, to do more to help my body - whether that be through gut health, learning boundaries, doing more meditation and yoga, inner healing, etc. I can feel the strain that I’m under, so I’m trying to alleviate that as much as possible.
Other than that, that’s about it really! I’m hoping that eventually, I will be able to cut back some hours and do some art again, as it is bothering me still that I can’t produce any atm, and I feel that many people (in person) are judging me as to why I’m not creating!
