How do you relieve stress
Not well really, I tend to internalise it until I get run down and end up feeling unwell - through physical pain or infection, usually.
I’m trying to get better at dealing with things though! Primarily through meditation, trying to sleep enough, look after gut health, etc. Music helps a lot too :)
