Does caffeine really improve pro player's performance? I find for me it gives me the jitters and tunnel vision. What other performance enhancing nootropics are common?

i believe its more of a dependence thing. if you drink coffee on a daily basis at home in the morning for example and then you go play dota at a different country and you dont drink coffee, you dont feel the same and it causes you to play worse/less concentrated. i most likely have some sort of addiction wtih coffee so i just drink it when i go play lans as well
