I'm getting my ears and septum pierced on Thursday, then on Friday I'm going out around town for a friend's birthday. On Saturday I'm getting my tattoo sleeve started in Lancaster, so I have to make sure I'm not too hungover! The next day I'll just be spending with my boyfriend chilling out, I think. 😊

I don’t have a particularly strong opinion either way.
Personally if they were my own kids I’d probably leave it at least until they were able to decide for themselves how they wanted to self-decorate, but I’m not overly opinionated on the matter.

I think it should be up to the child themselves. My Mom always let me have a choice with it. Mom and Nanny Mac would always say it would look nice and then when I was 11 I decded I want to get my ears pierced. I am glad I did, I love wearing earrings. x3 I want a septum as my next piercing. :D

Some people like to voice their opinion in order to feel good when people agree with them or get affirmation. I got the same question and when I disagreed I got tons of questions saying how I was wrong etc 😂

I pretty much thought the same and ignored it. I’m not interested in an argument or debate. I have one opinion and everyone else is entitled to theirs, so it’s pointless trying to change my mind. I’m strong in what I think and feel ☺️

I agree, I think you should wait till the baby is old enough to say they want it done. I had my first piercing at 11 as I wanted too. So I think you should wait till they're old enough to say they want one.

I chose not to pierce my kiddos ears because I wanted it to be her choice if she has them done or not when she's old enough to decide. I don't feel it's for me to make that choice for her, especially as they can heal badly and cause scarring or misplacement when they grow. That being said though, I don't judge anyone who does it, especially if it's cultural.

I actually have never seen an issue with it, my mother did mine and it’s a pretty normal thing to do. However after reading a friends recent answer to this, I’ve realised it’s pretty immoral to do without consent from the child and the child is too young for that. Therefore I don’t any longer think it’s ‘ok’, but you’re an individual and I respect that you make your own choices. This is just my feelings on it.

Sometimes I think about it, I want to get a tattoo, even small, but I don’t know what to do, so in the end I tell myself that it’s better not to do it because I’m afraid that later in time I don’t like it anymore and I regret it, And then I don’t feel so comfortable doing something permanent for my body, unless I really like it. My ears are pierced, but I can’t imagine making any more changes to my body. I change my mind all the time. I would say I can be really creative at times. I can find ways to make things work. This morning I had a K-cup but no coffee machine so I pierced a hole through it with a knife and poured boiling water from a kettle. Not that big of a deal, it was a very slow process but I was able to figure out a way to get what I want. Maybe this is more problem solving than creativity. 😁

Matthew used this opportunity to flee the fight and dart toward James. He could see his parabatai at the far end of the alley, he blurred out around the edges, and the sinking feeling in the Matthew’s gut only heightened. Surely one might argue, it was the low-quality brandy that was in his system, but he did know better. He has been just couple meters away, when something jerked him away. One of the Theuthida demon’s tentacles had wrapped around his waist, dragging him toward the river with inhuman speed. First piercing mostly recommended when I think as a baby cuz they can't localize the pain...other piercing only when she is able to handle it well... earlobe not painful as cartilage piercing it takes months or a year to heal and sometimes it get infected or the if a person is sensitive to certain metal or u can say allergic....

Some people pierce their baby's ears when they're really really young so they don't have to deal with the pain when being older and doing it. As babies we don't really Remember all that stuff. But yeah some people pierce their baby's ears. But they only add studs. I don't even have my ears pierced. I don't really want them pierced anyway. But if my child want their ears pierced whenever they wanted them. I'd let them but ONLY their ears until they are the age of consent to do anything else. Basically make their own decisions and sign papers on their own. And I would hope they wouldn't get any inappropriate piercings or anything that would hurt them

As soon as they expressed interest in wanting them, whether that be at 2½ (my youngest daughter's age) or 8 (the age Haven is gonna be in March). I wouldn't allow other piercings until they were 12 or 13 or so, I had my nose pierced and my tongue at that age and there was nothing wrong with it imo. Belly button tho, i'd say probably 15 or 16.

Well I got my ears pierced when I was baby I believe so I guess really young and if she wanted to get something else pierced she would have to be a little older.

I was wearing glasses while goalkeeping. The striker took a shoot and I being a coward closed my eyes and the frame of glasses pierced into my eye covers after getting hit by the ball 😂
Altough I did save the shoot 💪😂

We stayed at a hotel in Reno, went to circus circus, and I ended up getting my nose pierced lmao. Fun trip even though I was sick as fuck the entire time.
I'm not sure if my parents went on a honeymoon but I domt remember ever being told about it so I'm assuming they didnt.
