8. Health - my oldest son suffered kidney failure in 2011 so I donated one of my kidneys
9. Music - I am in process of writing a book on music theory for my guitar students that will cover scales, arpeggios and intervals.
10. Poetry - have written over 200 poems and am working on publishing a book for my family and friends entitled: "Poetic Reflections."
11. Photography - am taking photographs to include in my book on poetry
12. Hobby - I play golf once each week with my daughter and whenever possible with my oldest son.

If you can think it, plan it and implement it, you can do it. This applies to most aspects of our life. For example, over the years I have designed and built four houses for my family. How did I do it?
1. I formulated a thought about the architecture and physical location.
2. I designed the house, created a blueprint and then searched for land and purchased the land.
3. Went to bank to secure a construction loan using the land as collateral and the blueprint to obtain necessary financing
4. I located a reputable contractor, reviewed the plans, signed a contract and started building.

In most cases it took 6 months to build a house. To save money, I did all the painting and landscaping while also visiting the construction site several times each week until the project was complete.

Is it hard work to build a house while also working a full time job 60 hours each week? Yes. But... this is one of the methods I utilized to manage my depression and it worked well for me. These same techniques can be used to achieve a higher education, a job, writing and recording music or publishing a book on poetry. You first create an reasonable goal and then define all of the objectives required to attain your goal. To be successful you must have excellent time management skills, self discipline, persistence and an unyielding will to succeed.

You should use a grammar checker and like proof read your blog before publishing it because there are errors and incomplete sentences and stuff everywhere. Secondly, I am very uncomfortable with the idea that mental health is important because it makes us productive. I’m from New England in the US. I read fairly widely but am currently in the middle of the new Philip Pullman book and My Cousin Rachel by Daphne de Maurier. Picking a favorite author is impossible but I just finished The Sun Also Rises last week and am in a wholly predictable state of Hemingway awe. I write, mostly romance/fantasy. I aim for 1,000 words/day unless I’m sick or on vacation. I’ve written and published about 2,000,000 words of fanfiction, mostly HP, and am revising my third original novel. The first was unspeakably bad, the second got a lot of full requests and a lot of rejections of those manuscripts. I plan to start querying the third this summer. I am a morning person with two cats, noodles are fine, ketchup is not very interesting. I’m here because the journey to traditional publication is rough and most of my writing friends have no such ambition. I’m lurking because I’m a socially inept and anxious introvert. I’ll surely inflict my query for novel 3 on you before long. Hey. I go by the name George Billions. I live in a college town in the Midwest US, and frequent a dive bar with surprisingly good ramen. They only have it once in a while. I'm very happy when I go in to play trivia and see it on the board. I don't use ketchup on much besides french fries. I read a lot of genre fiction. For the past few years I've read mostly indies, crime and weird horror being my favorites. I subscribed to Kindle Unlimited and just fell down the rabbit hole. I'm happy to say I've reached a point that the reviews on my self-published books, the stuff I really enjoy writing, are helping me get more enjoyable gigs ghostwriting fiction. My ultimate goal is to turn my own fiction into my full-time gig. I'm Nick (or Mike depending when and where we meet). Born and raised in New England and proud to still call it my home. My favorite authors are Ray Bradbury, Elmore Leonard, and Stephen King. Been a published writer for a quarter-century, in non-fiction, reviews, and short stories. I started my third novel in October, and I'm currently in my second revisions. Despite being a huge fan of sci-fi and horror, my current WIP is an unconventional romance. I write about three hours every morning. I'm the proud papa of seven rescued cats (which my wife isn't thrilled about).

Aktuell sitze ich an der Überarbeitung meines High Fantasy Romans und da der (nach Kürzungen) immer noch 150k Wörter umfasst, ist das ein ganz schönes Stück Arbeit. Dann muss ich mich erstmal mit Self Publishing vs. Kleinverlag auseinandersetzen und dementsprechend die nächsten Schritte einleiten. Und da die Musik gerade Dinoschritte macht im Gegensatz zu dem Schreiben, das eher noch so...Babysteps benötigt, wird es wahrscheinlich noch eine Weile dauern, bis ihr ein fertiges Exemplar erwerben könnt. Auch wenn ich mich darüber meeega freue, dass jemand daran überhaupt denkt! *_* Ich werde hier dann auf jeden Fall auch Werbung machen. Marketing ist alles.

Like... If you guys need us to download the app first before making the quiz then you need to make it to where that sequence of events happens 1st. Like... It say... DOWNLOAD 1ST THEN START YOUR QUIZ HERE or something?? If you allow people to make a quiz before downloading it and it not work.... then we spend all the time making a quiz and then it not work?! What's the point! Because I made a quiz for about an hour and 15 min or longer and I submitted it and then all the sudden the page decided to not work? Not load? Have an error? Why didn't it at least save it or something? Draft? In a tab? Idk! Then when I went back on the tabs and everything? Nothing. Gone.
I was really angry and was not going back and restarting. Plus, I wasn't going to remember half of my answers that I originally had. I probably wasn't going to even remember all 10 questions. But the quiz was hilarious. Because some of the questions we're well thought-out and so are their answers. Some of the questions had five to six to seven answers just to make it interesting.

It's what appeals to the people as well as promotions coupled with the right ingredients in the song, which is somewhat of a mystery. It can be the simplest of things. Good melodies are key, lyrics and how you sing it, chord progression, music itself and non-musical things can be a part of the success. Many factors can affect song popularity & performance on song charts. Especially for pop radio, it is sometimes all about the songwriters and producers that have crafted the song. Some songs connect with an artist more than others. It can connect to their current fan base with a message that is welcome. Sometimes it can connect with new fans based on presenting a new image of that artist (scorned lover, free-willing independent, or reflective songster) that reaches more people in a memorable way. But the record label that the artist is signed to has staff dedicated to promotion. They work at varying efforts and in a manner of creative ways to get a singer’s new release climbing up the charts (they book performances, talk show appearances, publishing interviews, etc). Music videos are released. Remixes are commissioned and singles issued for purchase. Inclusion on parallel releases can increase exposure too (songs put on soundtracks, NOW compilations, genre releases). But all of this can backfire for an established artist or an especially currently-hot artist. I’ve seen songs tank simply because of over-saturation of an artist (including past hits, current features on another artist’s songs, news articles appearances, TV show cameos, award show performances, tour updates); sometimes the audience just gets fickle and even a near-career-best song can be released but almost ignored. And many of these things are aging practices that are increasingly being turned on their head with the prevalence of music streaming services, satellite radio, and the evolution of cable TV.
