For some, there is hardly any difference. It would appear counterintuitive but there are plenty of people who choose to find pleasure in misery. It is familiar territory. A convenient crutch. Perhaps one of the easiest ways to garner sympathy. Yes, genuine depression exists but it can be addressed and it is important to remember that medication or therapy isn't required in every case. A very serious condition may require intervention but there are times when a positive mental attitude will suffice. Those who truly need help should seek it. There is no shame in doing so. If services aren't available or accessible, one could turn to friends, family, colleagues, mentors, spiritual advisors, etc. Merely talking with another person can do a world of good. Surrender is not an option. Joy can be found in simple things but we must be willing to find it. The cost is less than what I charge people to visit my page. ¡Una vaina de locos! No es que quiera decir que el tipo estuvo bien, no; si tienes tu pareja, respétala. Mas que te mutîlen por celos o así, no es justo/válido, tiene que tener problemas mentâles o así quien te haga esa vaina :/, si una persona no te sîrve, déjala y ya. Comprendo que hay dolor, rabia y así, mas una persona con buen uso de razón no llega a esas feas cuestiones, se aleja y ya. Y sí, las autoridades la detiene por unos días y al poco tiempo estará en su casa como si no hubiese pasado nada. Las féminas mucho se quejan del machismo en esta vida, pero el mismo en varios aspectos nos afecta más a nosotros. Si es un hombre quien mutîla a una mujer por celos, júrenlo que la justicia hará lo posible para que no salga de prisiòn y así, créanlo. Era impredecible. Uno necesitaría perder la cordura y más allá para comprenderlo del todo.

My favorite soundtrack is from the film “Somewhere In Time” composed by John Barry. When I first watched this movie over the Christmas holiday, I was taken in by the mutual attraction and romantic intensity of the two leading characters Elise McKenna (Jane Seymour) and Richard Collier (Christopher Reeve). I thought to myself, how is it possible for two actors to demonstrate such unconditional love while acting in front of a camera and camera crew? So... I turned to myself and said: self, are you watching this? Watching what, I replied to self. The love between these two actors? That is not acting, I thought to myself, for their love is too genuine, sincere, unmitigated, unabashed, unconstrained and unapologetic to be acted out or alleged in such a realistic manner.

After some research, I discovered a few interesting facts that seemed to lend credence to my supposition that these two actors were indeed in love with one another, and that would explain why their love scenes in this film were so different than any other love scenes I'd ever seen before. Jane Seymour gave an interview where she admitted that during the filming of Somewhere in Time, Christopher and her were madly in love with one another. She said: "Well, here comes the story that I'm officially telling you now, because Chris and I, when we made the film, we literally fell madly in love," Seymour said at the TCM Classic Film Festival, as reported by Entertainment Weekly. "When you see this film, you will see the real thing. But we didn't let anyone know. A few of the people who worked on the show kind of sussed it out, but we were as subtle as we could be about it."

What can I say except that I am a romantic and I adore great love scenes and memorable music that captures the essence of unforgettable moments in time. Somewhere in Time has some beautiful love scenes that will take you back in time. They are real, beautiful and tender, and they demonstrate what authentic love looks like and feels like. So, if you have never experienced authentic love before, or if you simply want to reminisce, you just might want to enjoy this film classic.

There is an extremely important distinction to be made first:

1-There is a completely external reality. Thoughts do not directly change reality. What you imagine doesn't become real. Magic does not happen. Nothing appears from nowhere.

2-Much of the reality we experience is internal. Reality itself is the manifestation. The way you think determines your reality. What you imagine is an extension of your understanding, which in turn shapes your experiences and your perception.

Both of the above are true, but not to be confused.

Perception is fully generated by our brains. So by controlling our brains, there are many ways in which we can alter our experience. Interpretations are a product of our understanding. Improving our understanding will alter our experience also.

We then share our realities and find common ground, and assume our experiences are more or less the same... But each and every one of us lives our own paradigm, and that paradigm is intimately related to who we tell ourselves we are, and how we explain what happened.

What we live is a narrative more than it is an experience. The past is what we tell ourselves happened. The present is what is about to become more of that past.

What does this all mean?

---

This means we have far greater control over reality than we're predisposed to believe. There is just as much reality inside us, than there is outside us. Most of reality is an extension of ourselves.

Hm for me I loved colourful stuff and quirky playful styles a lot. But I didn't have the confidence to wear it in public, as its very different to what people wear here. It also naturally makes you stand out a lot (albeit unintentionally). So I would wear colourful things and do cool makeup at home for photos but didn't wear it out in public. I wore more toned down alternative clothes.

But one day I just got tired of filtering myself because I was worried people would judge me. So I made a new insta account (new back then, not anymore haha. It's been years) where I wore whatever the hell I wanted finally. And i started pushing my to wear it out too. Dyed my hair fun colours and all that too. I made the new account at the time, because I didn't want my real life friends on my original acc, to see it yet till I was comfortable like that in public. So kept them seperate. Then eventually over the years started adding more and more of my friends from the old account on the new one.

I'm still casually dressed plenty times as I have multiple moods and styles. But I go out dressed how I want now. Even if it's as a human glowing popsicle for a casual walk in town.

I started exploring as a teen. Began with Wicca… didn’t seem to fit after a while, read things on Buddhism and things began to start making more sense. Read other things here and there. Had a large collection of religious and spiritual books. Still I didn’t choose to label myself, as nothing truly fit 100%. In my mid twenties I began experimenting with altered states of consciousness and reading many things of that nature. That’s where it all fell into place. Later a person in my life at some point in our relationship got heavily into meditation, theosophy, esoteric occult knowledge. He tried forcing these things on me and it did not go well. Even though much of it resonated with me, I rejected being force fed which inevitably prolonged getting into some wisdom. But it made its way to me eventually. And more recently some old Norse/ Odinism has revealed some interesting things to me. It has all been a rather complicated journey but also very simple at the root. And each day reveals something new. It brings excitement, beauty and magic into daily life.
