An excellent question aha, mostly because I have no idea, as I’ve been signed off work for extreme fatigue and exhaustion, caused by stress 😆
I’m going to try doing some yoga and gentle stretching in a mo, to try and alleviate any soreness and tightness in my chest. That could be worth a shot! Epsom salt baths are also really helpful, and I find listening to meditation music to be very relaxing and grounding. Reading a book or watching a film may help take your mind off things. Lighting a scented candle can be soothing, too.

I’d say, I have a fairly simple skincare routine! I have a couple of favorite body scrubs, that I try to use once or twice a week, and then I use lotion everyday. On occasion, like maybe once a month, I do use oil, if I remember. But I tend to forget about it. 🙈
I LOVE using bath salts! Epsom salt is one of my go-to’s! I go through phases where I use it an awful lot, especially when my chronic pain is bad. It helps so, so much and it is most definitely relaxing to me! ☺️

I get very nostalgic about family holidays from when I was a child! Sadly most of the places in Bournemouth that I went to as a child are gone, or changed drastically!
But one of my fondest memories was going to Poole Pottery, painting lil animal ornaments, then whilst we waited for them, we went over to the marina, got chips and watched the sea :)

my biggest fear is not being able to move & eat. August of the year i developed this fear. most of the fear of not being to move, is pain related. sometimes the pain is past the max, where it effects how well i can focus. that’s when i can’t do much of anything. i end up eating once a day…like a protein bar w/ a water. i eat less which equals less trips to the bathroom. less use of the stairs will mean less pain & more rest. now i have epsom salt, i will do bath soaks. definitely willing to try some new things to deal with this.

I make garlic chicken all the time. I heat up garlic and olive oil in a pan. Add thin sliced chicken breasts or thighs. Season well on both sides with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and poultry seasoning. Cook until it’s almost done, then add a bag of fresh spinach and sprinkle with grated Parmesan (grated, not powder). Put the lid on and finish cooking another 5 minutes until the spinach wilts and the parm melts. Serve with salad. It’s fabulous.

Let me share my road trip experience
Hyderabad to Naran
5 am of morning. I sat in car put ear phone in ears listen western music on Loud volume 3-4 hours then reached to Sukkur ate tasty break fast then sat in car back I used ask fm through out the journey sip pepsi tin and ate many lays salt chips,and orea biscuit . I saw the view of road by car window through out the journey and sat patiently calmly in car 12-13 hour reached to Multan 6 pm of evening we stayed in hotel 1 day , at night we went to Al Maida restaurant for eating pizza it was yum, purchased Sohan halwa .
Next day again I sat in car patiently 12-13 hours i moved to Islamabad stayed 1 day there ,tried street food biryani which was not tasty at all , we went to Fatima Jinnah park it was huge big park with lots of trees , I clicked zillion picture there , then I visited Faisal masjid it was Grand beautiful masjid then we went to Centaurus shopping mall I purchased 3-4 button down shirt , ate sweet corn in which salt pepper butter ,at night we stepped to Monal restaurant it's built at the top of Mountain I love the view ,we ordered chapli kabab ,seekh kabab karahi gosht etc we enjoyed dinner ,zillion picture
Next day again I sat patiently in car 12 hours ,clicked zillion nature pictures reached to Naran , love the hotel and green lush mountain , tall trees view 🙌 I sipped kashmiri tea and tried street food shawrma it was tasty
I visited saif ul mulook jheel it was heaven on earth ,full of green lush trees ,mountains and blue soothing sea .I collected saiful mulook jheel water as a memory ,clicked zillion picture ,moved to mountain clicked zillion picture there .at night we ate street food fish and karahi gosht it was yum 😋

Keep bowl of cooked spaghetti aside
Take fry pan add boneless chicken 4 cup which cut into cubes add 6 pinch salt ,6 pinch black pepper fry it add spaghetti in it , quarter cup spaghetti water for thickening ,add egg yolk cheese mixture fry 4 minutes it's ready
Sauce: 4 egg yolk grated 2 cup mozzarella ,cheddar cheese add 3 pinch salt ,3 pinch black pepper

1-Anyone with any mental or physical health would take advantage of having a well balanced diet which includes taking AT LEAST 5 servings of fruits and vegetables, 1 serve of lean protein, 6 servings of fibrous multigrain bread and cereals, 2 servings of milk, yoghurt and cheese and one serving of lean meat-type product. The reason is simple! With a well balanced diet which is low in salt, processed food, added sugar and saturated fat we are nourishing our body with all the required Energy, Vitamines, Mineral and Proteins and Fiber.
2-If depression is due to the lack of serotonin then having turkey or Chicken Breast as the lean protein would help because these food contain tryptophan that can potentially be converted into serotonin in our bodies.
3-Food that are rich in Vitamin B and Vitamin D including Fish, egg yolks, nuts, legumes, avocados, oats dark, leafy vegetables (broccoli, spinach,..) can help with depression and can be considered in daily servings.
4-To deal with depression and excessive stress it is important to avoid consumption of energy drinks, caffeine , processed sugars and simple carbs because although they act as a quick energy fix they cause an insulin rush in our body and the energy suddenly drops and leave you with more worn out.
5-Drink plenty of water! at least 8 full glasses as dehydration can cause low energy levels, hypertension. Hydration is the key to a boost metabolism and therefore energy levels which can definitely elevate the mood.
6-Please try to get out of you room; walking in the fresh air even if it's only in your backyard or garden always elevates the mood.
7-Please try to prepare for bed 1 hour earlier before you want to fall asleep . This includes finishing work with phones, laptops, tvs and having a warm cup of milk, taking a warm bath or shower and going to bed 30 minutes prior to sleep. Your body needs a good rest and deep sleep to release all the hormones & complete metabolizing of food u have consumed

Brandon drew me a hot bath complete with bubbles, epsom salt and a bath bomb. I also have my vape & a Pepsi with me so i'm all set for an hour. Most relaxed i've ever been was last year when I stayed at a hotel for a week, I went to Texas Roadhouse and got drunk then wandered back to the hotel and took a long, hot bath and drank some more lol. I got a California king to myself and no kids, no husband, no cooking, it was so nice.

I have. I usually share a pizza with Jacob so there's only cheese on mine (he has sensory issues) but I do a LOT of cheese, garlic salt, pizza seasoning, basil, oregano, pepperoni for my other kids. I use like mozzarella & also the fresh mozzarella for extra gooeyness.

Crispy battered fish which is lovely and flakey. Beer battered / regular chucky chips, all with salt and vinegar. Then tar tar sauce for the fish :)
