I am a laid back kind of person with a loud personality; I am huge on talking when I have gotten to know the person/people I am living with. This has been a fascinating journey which I am keen to continue.
Geeks with a tendency to get fired up about social issues. I've been with people of varying body types but it pretty much always comes back to that sort of personality. Likely as it matches my own. What varries is the topic of their geekdom.
As far as a romantic relationship, someone who can binge watch Netflix or HBO Go with me, do the dishes after I cook & have a good sense of humor. If you don't speak sarcasm, GTFO. Also, I enjoy having my alone time, give me that & we're good to go.
Introverted people. Not necessarily quiet, because I do know a few that are loud and seem like the life of the party. I'm an extrovert in a mostly introverted immediate family, and then for some reason I'm attracted to other introverts instead of other extroverts. Honestly a person who gets my stupid sense of humor. It's one thing to get along with someone but if I can find someone who I can make the same types of jokes with then I've just made a real friend.
Used to think intelligence was the deciding factor, but the older I get, the more I’ve realized that intelligence doesn’t impress me that much. On the other hand, every once in a while someone will still do something so unexpectedly kind and generous that it blows my mind and restores my faith in humanity.
I'm the kind of person who wants to have friends but can't talk to people causing a massive build up of rage and frustration that I have to bottle up inside myself.
I'm the kind of person who gets to the cinema more than an hour before showtime. I get to the airport 5 hours before a flight. I keep extra socks, underwear, first aid supplies, chargers, and rain gear in my backpack at all times. I plan everything obsessively because I'm always convinced everything will go wrong and I must be prepared for everything. It sucks.
I'm the type of person that everyone assumes is an extrovert - I'm totally an introvert. I won't say anything behind your back that i won't say to your face- and at times that has been harsh for people - though they seem to like my honesty
I'm that guy who, when in my own little world, looks like he wants to kill everything. But as soon as you engage me in conversation, I am nice and chipper almost to the point of being creepy. I've been told I am too smiley too quick.
I come off as a go lucky type of guy , my life motto is " just smile and wave " . I'm a restless person , I'm studious ( mechanical engineer here ) , hardworking and concerned about my future . But I know where I'm heading towards , what my goals are, and more importantly that I'm content with my life . I'm 23 years old , and I just want to help others . :)

Yup. Big time.
When I was a kid back in the 50's and 60's any perceived difference such as religion, skin color, length of hair, accent when speaking, physical size (too small or too big), a stutter, walking with a limp, being blind or in a wheel chair... literally anything considered "different" was laughed at, mocked, ridiculed or physically assaulted. To survive you had to be willing and able to fight back either physically or through the use of sarcasm which I became an expert at. When someone decided to attack me either verbally or physically I refused to turn the other cheek.

Of course as an adult I trained myself to walk away from confrontation (most of the time).

Why are you interested in whether or not I was bullied as a child? The truth is I come from a bog family and so conflict was common and sometimes you had no choice but to defend yourself by fighting back. I am not proud of some of my behavior but when I was young and I was attacked or threatened I fought back when necessary either to protect myself or my family and friends.
