I’m reading an article on how to ground yourself and these techniques are so wild. Like rolling yourself in mud or dirt (Like a Shakira in ‘Whenever whatever) or jumping into a natural body of water. Only thing I’m jumping into is my bubbling bathtub. How do you ground yourself?
Oh man wild swimming is great though! There's something about it, the freshness of the cool clear water, free of chemicals like chlorine, the open air, the natural scenery around you, it's awesome! 😀
